Deposits need help
You need to remove the vibration from deposits. Having the phone vibrate when taking images makes the photos blurry. Please fix it.
Won’t work
I’ve tried to create an account to look at my balance so many times and the app just tells me that they are unable to process the information. Just want to know what my balance is and I can’t even get into my account

I am a hard core fan of PB. I have relationships with staff at several branches and I love having 7 day access with your in-store locations.

Pinnacle Bank app
I have used the mobile app for years. I attempted to use it recently and it won't let me update because I do not want to update to the 10.0. it won't let me use the older version. I have had poor luck with Pinnacle bank in the last few years. I opened a banking free account. No charges to my account. Now they charge me every month, pay for money orders etc. It is a worthless bank.

Love the convenience of the options on the app.
Access to deposit photos
We love the mobile app until we misplace a check we have deposited. There appears to be no way to access the check photos that are submitted and there is no place to enter the check info on the deposit form.

Can’t Label Transfers
If I was able to label transfers it would be 3 or 4 stars. But not being able to label transfers makes moving money very hard to track.
Crashing
Just opened an account yesterday and downloaded the app, The app worked the first time I opened it, I set up everything and then it crashed, every time I open the app I would put in my Touch ID and it freezes then closes. Had an update 2 minutes ago and it still doesn’t work.
