I kept on trying my gcash but I don’t recieve any OTP. Why?
Difficult to log in
I consistently have problems logging on to this app. It logs me out every not and then and it takes forever to log in. Even now, I can’t log in. The chatbot can’t help either.
Don’t use it
Even when the transfer failed , they still deducted my money. It took me three weeks to negotiate , and the result is nothing . The first time it took me a week, and they told me to wait for more than 10 days. On the fifth day, the chat was closed, and I didn’t get any response, but was told that the matter was completed. The second time it also took me more than two weeks. Knowing that the other party had not received the transfer, they still asked me to negotiate with the other party and gave me the same reply no matter what message I sent.
You took the money and asked me to negotiate with others. How is this different from robbing money?
Also gcash often crashes or has problems. I suggest you use other app or don't put too much money in it, be careful that your money cannot be taken out .🤬🤬🤬🤮🤮🤮👎👎👎

Cant receive OTP
I wasnt able to receive OTP last week, This is stressing me out because I cant open it and funded.

Can’t recieve my 6digit authentication code on my canada number +1 since last week. Please fix it I need my money.

Cant receive text messages OTP in Canadian numbers
Since last week update, I cant seem to receive txt messages for OTP. Beta version Ios17 using Canada providers (+1) country code
Frustrating
You can’t talk to an actual person. Bot is hopeless. What about your user who can’t call your local number.? Contact us, no way to reach. Email, no response. Only in the app to send the so called ticket. Not helpful at all. This supposed to be helpful but it’s misery.
Terrible support and account locks outs
When I first signed up for GCash things worked well. The app has the basic functionality that was needed. Stuff worked. However I have had two incidents in the past two months where GCash has just failed miserably to provide service, resolve account access problems and seems to have either the most under funded on incompetent support organsiation I have seen. After replacing a lost phone I spent 3 weeks trying combine support the app was broken and they had some failed biometrics implementation and no idea how to reset. Endless loop of treating customers like idiots that can’t take a selfie. Then the next month they push a new update with new security feature and again lock me out of access to my funds. Be very wary of GCash these days. It breaks hard and they do not treat you like a customer and will tie up funds for weeks on end.

Login issues
The face recognition often fails leaving you unable to access the app and your money. Support is non existent with no help to get access. An essential app that fails its customers.
