I wrote this review to give feedback about annoying issue in this program, almost every time l log in again and again, very unfriendly issue. Please fix this as this program is a service program not a national security programdmajd
Very poor app
I like aramx and i deal with them for cable of years but when i have been use this app i found it very poor last time i didn't found my shipments also in history it was disbarred when i am going to them office they told me forget about app and i have contact with them by email much better , i wish they will fix this app and be more related to aramxShow lessiCONCORD
Every time asks for log in
Why the app keeps asking me to log in every time I use ?? Its a bit frustrating, i hope this issue can be fixed soon.

You have to sign in every other day
This app version is very annoying. Doesn’t keep you signed in. Every other day you have to log on. What is the purpose for creating such app when you can use the website and sign in every time you need to access your account?! Really annoyingn Power
Poor app
shop&ship is a good service but the app is poor. You have to re-log in every time you open it l, the log in cab be temperamental, & it doesn’t always have the status of your parcels.
Everyone writes about the same issues and there has still been no update to the app, very disappointing.Whycantiusemynormalname
Highly Unstable
Highly unstable on iOS eapecially on Payment thru Credit Card or Paypal; you must attempt more than 3 times to get thru; ecen then it says it has failed whilst it has charges; crashes every minute and now unusable!!!! Needs MAJOR improvements
I don't need to log in EVERY time I want to use the app. There's Face ID and Touch ID for a reason. Very frustrating.Louness1
Doesn’t stay signed in
The newest version of the app doesn’t keep your info up unless you sign out and then sign back in again. The app is basically useless and still doesn’t use facial recognition to sign in... but somehow the website does. I’ve quit using the app altogether and just use the website instead. Abysmal
Shop and ship has so much potential but after using the service for nearly 12 years, it’s really disappointing to see so many technical issues. The app is glitchy at the best of times. You cannot update anything. Even basic info (such as account number) is nowhere to be found. There’s no obvious way to write to them other through social media - how about an email address?!

Very poor app
Disappointing service, app calculator doesn’t include custom fees (no mention of custom fees at all) which made the whole shipping fees ways expensive
