Pending Shipments not displaying
Ever since the new iOS update 13.3.1 came out, the app does not show the pending shipments even after logging in and out several times and repeated re-installations. Is the developer plan to release a workable app or just let it slide, as their customer service to a great extent, is just pathetic.SPAWN_1977
Terrible
I have packages that were received at shop & ship NY facility. The supposed improved app doesn’t show them at all, doesn’t tell me they have received it nor it gives me the option to pay for it prior to delivery. Please do yourselves a favor and go back to the old version which allowed us to monitor all of the above. Disaster!

If I could put no stars at all I would! Do not do not do not use them! I will move to dhl that I am 100% sure of and I will make sure none of my friend and family will use shop and ship ( aramex). First my package as been in kuwait with them for 10 days already and when I called them to ask when will they deliver it they told me that I have to wait an extra week! I told them that I really need my package they said they can’t help and I would still have to wait. Worst customer service or let me say no customer service. I don’t even want to talk about how much they charge! It is ridiculousShow lessHadeel B
Could not authenticate user.. again and again!!
It gets really annoying when you have to login every time you want access the app. And when you do login its full of bugs, and works rarely. Really poor app. Maybe if they hired pros to create this app, they would end up with an app which actually is useful. Shame on you aramex to provide such a user friendly product. Not working.
The app is not working. After you sign in it ask you to agree to terms and conditions but clicking the Agree button doesn’t do anything. You can’t progress beyond that point. By the way the website for Shop&Ship have the same issue. Fix your service.Fawaz181
Slow service from Aramex
They are only just slightly cheaper than DHL, but their service and delivery time is so bad! I will not use their service again after 7 shipments. Enough is enough!
And what’s wrong with the Login issue with the App? Need to log-in every time I use the app. Annoying!iBest
Login issue
The application keeps logging me out after logging in successfully, typically after couple days or so. Really annoying that I have to sign in almost every time I have to check for my packages.aalsulaiti1404
Needs improvement
This app keep signs me out if I don’t use it for couple of days and the payment option is not working. I had to pay my shipment using Aramex app. Useless and needs improvement. The only good thing about it is it’s a shortcut from the website to get ur addresses and rate calculations.Mani3_M3
Good service bad app
The service is fine but the app itself is terrible. Logs you out all the time, the design isn’t optimized for all phones, updates my shipment information super slow. These issues don’t require much to fix so it’s surprising the app feels like it hasn’t been touched in years.Pmanning87
