Okay-ish
The app at times will randomly not work so that’s why u gave it three stars. There’s a limited time you can pay the amount. If your package has reached the country of destination you can no longer pay online and will have to pay upon delivery or in store which I find a little annoying. I haven’t had any issues with the service itself and customer service has always been helpful when I’ve called.Show lessMeno24
Worst company on the planet
customer service is ridiculous, i have been chasing after the customer service for 11 days , been calling them and they don’t answers, i have visited the local office and they said someone would call me and its been 7days, I have also contacted their messenger support and sent everything they needed and they haven’t even looked at the message in 4 days... How are they still an operating business is beyond me. They have received 2 Shipments on the 1st and 2nd of June and so far they have not shown up on my accountShow lessAZStatic
Not professional at all stay away from them
This is the worst service ever, my package 2 weeks ago shipped to there NY address, and still I can’t see anything or a message from them, and lol you can’t even contact them, there is no way at all on there website, and when i select my country morocco or USA it will not let you contact them, even they are supported country, or why i’m accepted as a user, stay away from them they are not professional at all, and you will get nothing big scammersShow lessMkadmi84
One of the Worst
Always late, hard to communicate with customer service and if you do they ignore your emails. I still have 3 parcels on the way since 30 days now and maybe more. Trust me not worth it, I already contacted the vendor to cancel my order and refund.A87AlNasrallah
So Poor
I’ve had an account with Shop & Ship for about 10 years now and this app never gets any better! I have to delete it & the reinstall it to check my shipments. If I’m lucky, it will continue to work for maybe a month or so, then I have to repeat the sequence all over again!Oud&Rose
Recommended - Working perfectly March 2020
Both the App and the service are working fine. I have ordered items from the US for onward delivery to Saudi Arabia.
I haven’t had any issues logging in (it doesn’t ask me every time for my details as some users reported).
I can see my item that they have received with all relevant info included. Simple and straightforward.

Bordering on chocolate teapot status
Actually, a chocolate teapot is tasty once is fallen apart. The S&S app has become utterly useless. It’s quicker for me to get in the car, drive to Aramex and ask if I have a parcel, than open the app and attempt to retrieve my details. It could be so good, it can’t be that hard??mattwardle
Buggy and useless
Not much to say, the app is buggy to the point of not functioning. Got a push notification today but nothing shows up in the actual app.... look to alternatives than shop and shiparamex customer 42
