  • A very poor app

    Features wise, this app is so primitive that it reminds me of early days of smartphones apps. Poor interface, limited functionality; i.e the messaging section is one way! WTH Aramex!!
  • Great service, poor App

    I have been using S&S for years and it's been great, recently I downloaded the app on my new iPhone with the latest OS. Unfortunately the app crashes Everytime i log in so it's basically useless to me. Last update was 5 months ago and no communication exists from their side on when this crash will be resolved.

  • Disappointment

    It’s always late. Never on date given . Been over a month and my shipment somewhere and I called the call center and so far no use at all. I wish it had Costumer service on the app to make it easy to follow up and less questions asked.

    Absolute disappointment. I will edit /change my review when it gets better

  • Very disappointing service

    First of all, I cannot pay the shipping and customs duty online or through the app. Secondly, local delivery service (Sri Lanka) doesn’t send any text message to mention the total amount in local currency and shows up without any notice, plus asks for cash on delivery. Very unprofessional service.

    I’ve been using this service for a month now. It’s excellent and the app gives you up to date notifications about your parcel. However it still needs improvement and more accurate updates. Also the fees for shipping are a little high and could be reduced. Anyhow a good service compared to other companies .

    I don’t understand the negative reviews. I think in the past 1.5 years I’ve ordered over 200 times from them and not one single error. Yes the package could get delayed, yes sometimes it takes time to get updated in your address. But the majority of the time there’s absolutely no issue. Thank you!
  • You might get it, you might not. And if you do, its a surprise when.

    If you want your items to get to you after the return policy of the item itself expires, then go for shop & ship. If you want to try even to contact their customer support, you gotta wait for them to “get in the mood” to reply to you. Working there must be great, they prioritize their employee’s mood over the customer’s satisfaction. And when they do reply they just tell you to provide more unnecessary information that is already there when signing up for their “service”. Most (and not all) of the delivery people exclude & ignore YOUR preferred time as a customer for delivery time and deliver when they see fits them, & if you try to explain or ask them to stick to the delivery time you chose they’d throw that “we’ll deliver it tomorrow sir”. I got to a point where i just keep asking them EVERY WEEK FOR A WHOLE MONTH to UPDATE my package’s status just to make sure its moving, HOW LAZY ARE THESE PEOPLE.

  • FIX UR APP!?

    i already regret ever buying a subscription and your app has been down for 2 weeks now i can’t check anything, i get notifications but when i open it everything is empty and whenever i want to check my address it says failed to load.. i seriously can’t anymore i’m not using aramex/shop and ship anymore im canceling my subscription

    that's true Aramex the worst shipping company and the customer service is also bad. and their car drivers had bad attitude towards customers and they always late , and don't now how to use google map to reach to locations , it's so expensive for no reason. take my advice and don't deal with them go find another better shipping company like DHL they're faster and cheaper.
