Tree owes me nothin
I’ve had this tree and app for 8 years. Updates on the app have been lacking but the fact the tree and app still function 8 years later is pretty amazing.
For those having the issues with the app crashing on iOS 17.2 what I had to do was forget the tree. Restart my device. Launch the app and then connect to the tree and it is working fine. I think some of the changes Apple made to Bluetooth due tot he flipper fiasco caused some issues with Bluetooth devices and apps.

I LOVE LOVE THIS TREE!!! We’ve probably had this tree in our home for 8+ years!!! That’s a lot considering we used to have a tree that didn’t last as long. I’m so happy with the app to change the lights and have some options for patterns and an ok music selection. While they haven’t updated the app (which is a bummer) I have stumbled upon an even WORSE situation, which is that the app crashes everytime I try to open it!!!
This is the first year it has happened and at least I can connect to the Bluetooth on the tree to put whatever music our family likes (which doesn’t need the app for it thank god), but I would love to change the colors or patterns to the tree. 🥺
If the company is STILL running the iTwinkle app, can you please make it work again?
I’m assuming the new iOS 17 is probably too much for the app? Or maybe the capacity to run it is not an option since the company could have gone under? I’m not sure.
But whatever it is, I’m so sad this app has gone unnoticed, unchanged, un-updated, and now it’s unusable.
My holiday wish, is for this app to be able to be used with my tree again. 🤞🎄🎁Show less😘 jessi 💋
App works fine on iPhone 15 Pro
App works fine on iPhone 15 Pro and iOS 17.1.2.
Downloaded it on my new phone. Used Bluetooth to connect to the tree, and tapped my tree in the app. Everything works fine. Amazing considering the app hasn’t been updated in 8+ years.Jedis00
Lovely but speaker is not playing on tree
I think it’s a beautiful tree. However I can only hear music in the app and it won’t play unless app is open. Also the music from my device won’t play with lights. Unbeknownst to me until now I learned the tree has a speaker in it! Well.... please show me how to use this option to play my music. Why have it if it doesn’t play any sounds. Apple Updated the
I no longer have my tree but kept my lights. thanks to apple my phone now works with my lights I don’t have to worry about if my tablet is charged or not it’s on my phone all updated and working wonderfully. Thank you Apple.Nightpriss1

Our family has had this Christmas tree since I was three and I’m nine. Ever since I was seven the Christmas tree would just kick us out of the app, with no explanation. Just like the other person who wrote almost the comment as us, it’s true that it wouldn’t let us play any more music, it’s true that when starting when I was six that the colors wouldn’t change into the vibrant colors anymore. Me, my mom, and my dad are sooooooooooo disappointed. We hope that the owners of this company and app, updates and fixes the problem.Show lesslinmulan
New features
It would be great to have new effects on the strings (red and green chasing, red, green and white, etc.). I bought this in 2014 and it’s still the same 8 effects. Can I have the instructions for the shake me features? I’d like to know what are all the combinations that you can make on this features.Show lesslitomali
App is outdated
It’s almost 2022 and the app runs as if it is 2010. By now you should be able to do much more on the app. I have had my tree for 7 years and it still works and looks great however for the money spent, it’s not worth it.Jclemons6
Need app updated asap
So after we did the update on our iPhones the app stop working. The creators of the app
Have to update it so that we can use it again if not it looks like we will have to buy a new tree unfortunately this year we will just have a non fictional tree.H.perez87
Bad glitch
I found the app will only open if iPhone is disconnected from wifi. App kept crashing but when I disconnected from wifi, the app finally opened and works fineToharris2009
