Won't connect to my tree
We just bought our tree last year after Christmas. It worked great until the last update. Now it won't connect with the tree and is stuck in the last mode we had it on before the update. What a waste of money.Cdenn58
Stuck on 1 light show
Love the tree but it only will work on 1 program. Music works however, seems to be stuck on pre set light show. Tech support could not help fix problem. Tree going back to store!
Update: My husband downloaded app on his phone and it is working perfectly. Some setting on my iphone must be off!Sanford, Fl
Like the tree horrible app
Like the tree but the app is horrible! Everytime I play music from my tree with the app it freezes up and I have to shut off my phone and restart the Bluetooth to be able to turn the music off. App needs a major update. Very disappointed since this tree was pretty expensive!Christyc4556
Not enough music choices.
Like the concept, but why can't you play your own Christmas song on it. Why have my music when it doesn't do anything. Pretty tired oh the nutcrackermaggiensniffles
Good, but...
The tree is cool, but the app is lacking. There should be more options for the light show and it would be nice if the lights could twinkle. It is very annoying that you can not play your own music that you have already bought. And, most annoying of all if you want to do anything else, or if your app goes to sleep the music stops altogether.Show lessCookie151
Argghhh!
App does not function properly with I-pad. Can not save settings and can not turn music off. I can no longer stand the same songs over and over and over. I like to have my tree lit day and evening, but the infernal music can not be turned off with I-Pad. Time to make some improvements.Whiteymclovin
Very limited music options
Love the tree and the lights are awesome. BUT. The sucky part is even if you have the right type of music file, you can't play it through the tree. What kind of fun is that? Im getting pretty sick of the music that comes with the app.The Kazoo

The tree is neat. Not happy with the app. I can get the music playing just fine, but if the phone goes to sleep or you want to do anything else on the phone, the music stops.Dawnski67198
Good but could use a few more features
We do like this tree a lot. However, every time we turn it on, we have to turn off the music, and change the colors to how we like them. After we turn it off for the night, we have to do it all over again. There should be an option to SAVE your settings/preferences. Also, it would be great if the lights ACTUALLY twinkle. A random twinkle. Maybe have more options to customize light displays. Finally, I agree with most people - you should be able to stream your music through the speaker of the tree. I know I could just put a Bluetooth speaker in the tree but, why not just have it pump through the tree speaker. Other than these, the tree is pretty cool.Show lessYekim Snibbor
Needs a serious update. Love the tree. Hate the app.
This is our second Christmas with the tree and I can't believe there hasn't been a huge update. Only a few Christmas songs available to play. And each time the app freezes up my entire phone and I have to reset it and reconnect the tree via Bluetooth. Huge pain!!!Dreamn34
