Issue -- Now not compatible with my existing iPad.
I purchased the Christmas tree last December and everything worked fine. Unfortunately, I cannot use the app on my iPad as it doesn't work. Have to use the app on my iPhone in order to access any of the features – – colors, music, pattern, etc. The company needs to do a better job in ensuring that all devices continue to work with the app.Show lessLI Reader
Worked better last year
I don't know what has changed but the light color wheel does not work right. I cannot get red to work and everything else is muted. Only way I can get them red is to go into the program area where you set what type of light movement you want. There is one that says STEADY. The colors show up correctly when selected there.
Overall the app is OK. If you like blinking lights, this is for you.
- Music selection gets boring.
- There is no setting for rainbow lights unless they are blinking (?!).
- And why let us choose music if it doesn't even play on the tree, and only on my iPhone? I don't get it.

ITwinkle tree
I love this tree, i highly recommend it. Has the large c9 style lights that dance and twinkle on com and and with music, only complaint is I wish there were more songs to play on the box.Swood70
What happened to all the vibrant light colors??
I've had the iTwinkle tree for 3 years now. I love it! Except now, all the vibrant color choices are nowhere to be found. What used to be a bold purple is now very pastel and almost bordering on white. Same with red, orange, pink and dark blue. What is going on?!? When the tree is on a preset mode, like chasing, the colors are fine. As soon a I change it to steady however, the pastels come back. Please someone help or create a bug fix for the color wheel.Show lesssscorpio27
This app bites!
How about an update already! $300 for a beautiful tree but a junk app to run it. I can't stand how every time I turn the tree on, I need to connect my phone just to make it tree look nice. A feature where the tree return to your last setting would be good. I would not recommend this tree simply due to the poor app that controls it.Show lessBlah11345fhgzt
Things it desperately needs!!!
I love my tree, but it needs some features desperately!!
1. Ability to SHUFFLE the only available music
2. Ability to save my last setting.

Great tree. Suckazz app.
The tree is great. Beautiful actually. Can stream pandora, or anything via Bluetooth through the speaker. The lights preconfigured settings are designed to cause seizures. They are ridiculously fast. The sparkle/twinkle is more like a 4th of July Fireworks. No need for the techno beat tempo on all the light patterns. The voice recording should be called grey hair'ing. Whether it's the app or the box setting... Fix it, please. Update.Show lessKBloodster

Wish the app had more options and more control. The tree is awesome. The app is terrible. More presets, allow people to create their own, ability to save options, ability to use all songs in itunes or Spotify...stuff like this.mttcrsn
Am I the only one?
If I leave this app and use other apps on my iPhone, the music stops playing. What a pain to not be able to use my device if the tree is active!TeelaKing
