  • If this is how it will go with app ctrls, I am done!

    So I loved my iTwinkle app color and audio tree. But every year the app gets e we order and worst. So I can’t play or add songs to playlist on app and select red in color wheel. If this is what happens after you invest in cutting edge technology then I am done! I don’t need a $600 boat anchor. I can’t afford this expensive for a new tree every 5 years!
    It hasn’t been updated in 6 years click on version history!

    used this app for years and noticed it stopped working this year. Looked through the reviews and saw someone suggest using a iPhone w an old iOS version. I did just that and it worked
  • Tree not connecting to app

    Past few of years our iTwikle tree has been our focal point in the living area. We put our tree up last week and have been since trying to connect this app to the tree. I’ve dismantled the tree multiple times and reassembled and followed the instructions to resettle still with no avail. Not sure if it’s the tree Bluetooth not working on this app is not working. Tried. Ajng the company but they said can’t help since the tree is no longer made and supported. Thanks for nothing, good thing they have it in the document to call for assistance if needed. Got a lot of NO help!

  • Update the app

    2021 and still no update to the app. What a dead tree to just have the same boring show. Developers made their money and ran.

    So every year I’m excited to try the app out just to find out it’s still the same. Things like more holiday music choices would be great. At least make it to where it can continue to play in the background while I use my phone still. Have to dedicate an app device to stay open in the app the entire time I want to play their music. The tree is fun, and still a higher end then most trees available on the market today. I’ve owned my tree now for 7 years. I don’t have the speaker in tree model.

  • Update?

    Any chance there will be an update or do I need to throw my Christmas tree away? I can’t open the app to turn down the volume.
  • App crashes with new iPhone

    I’ve had this great Christmas tree for 5 years now. However, I just upgraded my iPhone and now the app won’t open up at all on my phone to change the lights. I’ve restarted my iPhone, deleted and reinstalled the app, unplugged the tree, etc. Clearly the app needs to be updated for the new iPhone software. I fear this won’t happen as the company no longer makes this Christmas tree anymore. It’s unfortunate because I loved this product before this happened

  • App not working

    After not being able to have my tree up for 4 years I was so very excited to set it up today while I had my son with me visiting. Got everything hooked up and ready to go, the app won’t open. Very frustrating, uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won’t work. Just keeps going back to the Home Screen. Very disappointed with this. Update my the app!

  • This app is wreck

    I’ve been had this app for 3 years from now and we didn’t experience any problems with this app until now. Every time I click on the app it doesn’t shows just keeps backing out to the home screen y’all need to make an update or something.
  • App no longer works

    My Christmas tree bought several years ago seems to work with the App but now the app no longer works. This is really frustrating.
  • The app won’t open

    I’ve had this tree for years and we love it. We just setup our tree now and the app won’t update or load. So now what?! Also it would be nice to see some updates done to the app every once in a while. It’s been exactly the same since the day we bought it.
