More music needed!
More iTwinkle music choices and ability to shuffle them, as currently you can only play the same song over and over until you change it -ugh. Also, have not been able to play my downloaded music through the tree. You can add music, but then it only plays through your phone - what good is that?GailMcD
Lights not able to change....stuck on same setting!
I have used and loved my iTwinkle tree for several years now. This year the first night we put it up it worked beautifully as always! The second night when it turned on it came up on the exact setting we had it on the night before......but is NOT ABLE TO CHANGE to any other setting or color!!! Can anyone HELP with suggestions?
I think the problem is in the app.?
When I have opened the app previously there was always a small + sign on the home page, now there is a - sign........Show lessDianenBob
No app support
Last update was 4 years ago... now app won’t even open, crashes immediately. Unable to do anything with the lights or music... it’s a shame because the tree is actually good but now it’s kind of useless since I can not control the light to match the tree decoratio.Koscky
App is failing
I’ve had these lights for 4+ years. The app has always worked great but now it crashes almost immediately and often times I can’t get in to change my lights. Please help fix this, it’s Christmas time.Seans608
Needs updated
This app will no longer work on my iphone 10, they need to update it or i can’t control my tree.
We got lucky and found an old iPad that hadn’t been updated so at least this year we’ll have control of our tree though.
In years past i would rate it 5 stars.Show-n-go
App Crashes
I just set up our tree for the season, tried to open the app to set the lights the way we like, and the app crashes every time! It won’t even open! This is a two year old tree, and now there is no way to control its features. I’m so disappointed! Please fix the app so our tree will work. :(Katie~Bugg!!!
One recommendation
Please add more songs to the iTwinkle song list in the app. The lights are more coordinated with those than My Music downloads.swparker

Loved the tree the first year. But last year and now again this year it won’t show up on Bluetooth. So I can’t use the app to make the lights change or cue up the music. So disappointed. I have called the 800 number many times but they won’t let me speak to anyone until I register the product. I try and register the product and it won’t complete the registration, when I hit enter it has a error message pop up. Dead end. This is bs! Paid 600 for this tree and only got to use it one yearShow lessjimimac76
Love my tree
Just turned it on this year automatically starts playing music, downloaded the app on my iPhone and the app won’t even open so luckily my dad has an older phone and can hopefully use the app for the tree or else the $300 we spent on the tree only last year will be totally worthless if the app doesn’t workShow lessAlexis Miears
Love the tree, App needs updating
The tree rocks. My family loves it. My boys like customizing the tree settings via the quirky app. I would recommend this product to others, all I want is an option added to the app to TURN OFF the tree lights within the app. A tree "sleep mode", timer or something should be available in the app. For real.
