    One of my windows was beeping “Tamper” and NO One from ADT called us!!!! What the heck?!?! Then I tried calling them and I was on hold for 8 minutes!!! Still no one ever answered!!! For the amount they charge for their “service “ this is unacceptable! I am looking into other alternatives.

  • Buttons move weird on iPhone Max

    I got a new iPhone Max, tried to use this app. Cannot figure out how to turn on Face ID.

    When I went into profile, the save button floated up and down the screen blocking other parts of the screen. I don’t mean it was following me as I scroll down. I mean, it was in the middle of the screen. It would bounce up and down to the top third bottom third, all over right on top of other buttons and things.

    My alarm system has not worked properly for over a year .
    The company has sent two different technicians to repair it and it still will not communicate to the alarm company .
    I get a recorded phone message every week telling me that during the test my alarm failed to communicate with the company .
    It began after the company sent a technician to replace the original cellular device and has never been right since even after further replacements .
    It’s to bad I have to find a new alarm company after it worked properly for over 5 years .
    But this company does not have the same quality of service that it did years ago .

    Next month it will be 20 years that I have had my system. I had ADT for the first 10+ years then switched over to Protection one. Then now its now ADT.
    I have never had any offers having been a loyal customer FOR EVER, or upgrades.
    Our keypads and sensors are well over 15 years.
    System is definitely outdated, but the prices are surely ( HIGH ) updated.

    We have been with Protection One/ADT now for over 21 years and for the last 6 to 9 months they have not fixed our cameras so they can play on my iPhone as they used to.
    I keep calling but, no one comes. It is a sad time that people of modern technology cannot just simply have it to work on my iPhone that can show my cameras at the church and at the parsonage/home.
    Can somebody help us solve this enigma.

    don’t go to ADT, because evidently they don’t know what they’re doing.

  • Alarm remote use

    This system through your cell phone doesn’t work more than it works. It’s not a feature if it doesn’t work on a daily basis.

    Service is fantastic. They are always very helpful on the phone. I’m really grateful to have Protection One.

    Not sure how good the system is, however, the service work is too expensive. Mark up for protection one customer vs adt is close to 2x. Search for the same product online and it is at least half the cost of Protection One. My house in SC will be using any service other than ADT
  • App doesn’t work, horrible customer service

    App doesn’t work, horrible customer service. Apparently the people who are supposed to troubleshoot any issues don’t work weekends! That doesn’t seem safe!
