    This app allows for system accessibility remotely which is very convenient. Easy to use and secure
  • UNABLE TO LOGIN ON Multiple phones

    Both me and my husband have the app, it worked fine and now it tells me I have the wrong password, but my husband logs in using touch ID just fine (with the same Password). So we rest the Password on his app I was able to login but but now it wont let him login it. We both have Iphone 8plus.

    Just upgraded to esecure2 and tested it which is working just as I expected it would after a problem with the 1.0 version. Thanks.
  • Doesn’t work and terrible support

    App was working for years and then wouldn’t login. Called protection 1 ant the transferred me to Honeywell support. I was told app was down and they had no ETA. 2 weeks have gone by and I called again. Protection 1 support had me reset the system and download app. Then I had to change password. Finally it’s back up and running. You pay extra for remote access and it didn’t work for weeks. No notifications from them and had to call back to get things working. Not happy and I’ve been a customer for over 20 yrs. time to find another company that has apps and support that work.
    It keeps getting worse. Every other time I log in I have to renter my pAssword. Time to change providers by Y’all
  • You should be able to delete the alarm history from the app

    What a pain to have to clear the alarm history from your computer. You should be able to clear it using your phone without logging on to your account. It would be much simpler .
    Other than that, the app seems to work well.
  • Much improved and some suggestions

    Much improved version. Some suggestions:
    Schedule: allow schedule that starts the previous night and ends the next morning - that would be a logical sleep schedule to arm the alarm.

    Secondly I should be able to have an off schedule or an on schedule only.

    Pathetic attempt at customer service! How about you support your customers and update your application to iPhone X? This is not that difficult. A significant number of applications have already done so. Why not you? Because you don’t care about your customers.

    Cameras down again and I expect difficulty with service dept AGAIN
  • Doesn't work 75% of the time

    Six months ago the app started working only half the time. Have had for service calls cents and now it barely works at all. I know that Esecure are the ones who operate the app but we're pretty fed up with protection one and the inability to use the app as it was designed. In the process of getting a bid from a local security provider.
