Had some one come out to see about installing cameras. He couldn’t figure it out said he would come back with his boss who would know.

2nd time in a 2 year period where business was broken into & robbed. No notifications, alarm tripped but no response or notification. Installers of cameras asked me where I wanted cameras instead of sending out professionals to evaluate my specific needs for placement and best type of cameras for my site. Zero technical support after installation. Lost over 100K this time. 2 dogs can watch a property & respond better.Refuses to connect with my system
9 times out of 10 it doesn’t work. Useless software. It looks like it was designed in the 90s and hasn’t been updated since. Go with any alternative option you can get.Updates to panel need to reflect in app
Low battery cleared several days ago, but still reporting low battery on app.Failure to communicate
At lake home system communicates via cellular. When protection 1 does scheduled test, system always has trouble communicating. Hope system works when needed. MikeWorks fine. A little slow sometimes

Is reliable to perform all function and monitoring when away. Is very expensive to implement. Use it seamlessly to monitor 2 homes in widly different states.
