  • Unhappy customer

    Where would you like me to start. Very unhappy with protection1/ adt. I have terminated my account and though I am paid for my time period , do not get a refund. Not even prorated . I am not on a yearly contract and was never notified about termination. We are not using you for our boxy home.
  • Garbage alarm system

    Alarm never works. I’ve have people come out 21 times, literally 21. They say the fixed it. Then 3 days later it does the same thing. The apt doesn’t even alert me and the alarm doesn’t alert the police. Save your money and just buy a gun.
  • Why has it taken two months to fix my alarm

    It’s been two months and two visits with five phone calls and ADT still has not repaired my alarm for their required update of the cell dialer that was working before they started

  • Not a happy customer

    I have been a customer for 20 years and sold home and had called many times and was informed 2-day notice. Now today I call to cancel and was informed a 30-day. I will never recommend nor have your service ever again.
  • Mediocre service with high price

    Each year I get the same sappy e-mail “due to industry changes they have to increase the rates but will continue find ways to add value” yet nothing works in unison. App is not able to communicate with the panel, cameras are spotty, the extra features like garage sensor has no applicable component. I’m just done with this high price company. This is ADT anyways and like that parent company they are horrible
  • Poorly written and usually nonfunctional

    Not the worst but near the bottom of the quality scale. Takes a long time to connect to panel if it does connect. The Apple Watch widget does not connect to iPhone. It’s worthless . For a security system that costs $50/ month I fell I’m being ripped off.

  • Disappointed

    Today I called for service because of a sensor that triggered two false alarms netting us police charges, delay not set properly causing alarm to go off when we enter, and other issues. The operater I spoke to had the nerve to challenge me and question me as to what I was saying. I was incensed. If I call for service I do not expect to be challenged. If this is the level of customer service to be anticipated going forward it may be in my best interest to find another provider, after many years of service. You get your money, I expect your attentiveness to our concerns.
  • Mobile app equipment

    We went from an Alarm system that has to be set manually to a system that will allow us to arm and disarm from Mobile phones. It has not worked properly and is useless to us. We are ready to cancel our account, unless we can get service.
  • Disappointed

    We have been with this company for over 20 years. Whenever the alarm went off, for any reason, they were on top of it calling us to make sure everything was okay. They no longer do this. The alarm was tripped this evening for at least a minute and no call from them. I have now lost confidence that if something truly went wrong, they aren’t there for us,
