APP FAILURE
Attempting to logon, the system comes back and states in error message reading “ This organization is not supported on Okta Mobile, but you can access your dashboard from your browser.” But yet the company logo and name appears up top. And when using browser, it works perfectly fine. So one star for the app and gave two stars because I can actually use the browser to gain access until this app is fixed.Show lessJames~J
Can’t even log in
Store my logins and passwords phone which are the same as those in my browser. Can quickly log in using those credentials in the browser but nothing works to get into this app.
This should be a solved problem. Okta aren’t unique for having a website and a mobile app both with log-ins.RMLearney

ADP was way better
This new and payroll app was the worst thing my agency did. We had previously had ADP and the app was easy to manage and to work with. This app on the other hand has been a nightmare. Can’t log in at all even tho the password is correct. I hate this app!!!!offerupsucks2

Needs Refined
The app and connections are a great idea, however the programs you then use through the app do not perform well. I have eXp and enterprise on mine. The TRX & enterprise applications only load a portion of the screen and you cannot use the rest. Cant scroll, just cant use it. The web pages do not work within Okta. Would love to see that fixed to use the app to the fullestShow lessBLeeC304
It is so bad
Theres a million terrible things, but the worst is when you are forced to do 2 factor authentication every time, and its made worse when you’re taunted by the “do not challenge me on this device for the next 60 days” button, the ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT WORK.meuemqAPPLEncuISwnsGAY
Login issues
When it works it's good. But most of the time it's a frustrating series of trying to login. It scans my face then sits for ages and half the time fails and asks for my pin which it then sits on and more than half the time that fails. When it's working it's always thinking it's the first time logging in and asks me to set a pin. Literally the worst and most frustrating business app I need to use.Show lessjojoyoyox
Not Working
I’m not sure why none of my apps show in the mobile app (I just downloaded it so it has never worked for me). I checked to see if the software had an update to fix a bug but it looks like that’s not the problem.Karahle
