  • After multiple requests

    My name has not been changed on my account. And again after multiple attempts I was unable to make a timely payment on the app. All in all Selective has not been a good choice for me and I am ready to begin shopping on my own

  • Not happy

    I don’t know what the developers did to this app but the past few months that I’ve tried to pay my bill I’ve had problems and had to wait hours to try again!!

  • Nice app, chat icon is very annoying

    The chat icon stays on the screen no matter what submenu you’re in. There’s no way to hide it.
  • Update needs to be fixed

    Update made the app slow and reluctant to open new pages. Also bill information has disappeared.
  • Awesome New Update!

    This version is much easier to understand. I was able to quickly view my homeowners policy information without feeling lost in the app. I filed a claim today and was able to see the status of the claim and the assigned adjuster with ease. Thanks Selective!
  • App not responding

    Just wanted to let you know that the App is not allowing pictures to be uploaded. When you hit submit, it says there is an error.
    Also when logging in I am unable to select remember me or use the photo id recognization.

  • Broken

    Since the most recent update it lost my password and when i try to reset it I get an “unexpected error”
  • Certificate filling out is not flexible

    Not enough space to enter info of consumer affairs. I couldnt do the certificate myself.
    PLease add more lines for address and info.

  • Too slow

    Very slow app as it takes too long to load the dashboard. It does not remember your face id. After sometime it automatically shuts down. Very bad experience using it. Very inconvenient
