  • great new dashboard

    yes love the dashboard with all the important contacts for my policy.
  • If it isn’t broken, don’t “fix” it!

    Since their so called app “upgrade”, I have been unable to log in to my account.
  • Useless

    Can no longer log in. App is outdated and does not work whatsoever. Waste of time and space.
  • This app is a joke

    I see why people are frustrated. Trying to register says doesn’t recognize my phone number or email but yet I get 5000 phone calls and emails from you guys.
  • Waste of time

    Downloaded the app, but it wouldn’t let me sign up or sign on...I gave up and deleted the app, so much paperless billing.
  • Cant login

    So far I can’t login. I use a password manager and long random passwords it generates for me. To do this, i copy and paste the password from the password manager.

    This app will not allow you to paste the password!! 🙁

    Additionally, i tried to go back and forth between the apps, and type in the password a few characters at a time, and it will blank the password when you switch apps.

  • Failure to pay my bill

    I cannot pay bill with this app. I’ve been going to my insurance broker here in town to pay my bill for several months. It’s rather irritating has always been working fine up until about November of 2018

  • UNRESPONSIVE!!!

    When I first downloaded the app, it worked. NOW?!? It’s crap. I login with Face ID and it just buffers; the screen is white. Ugh.
  • Not worth downloading, sorry

    Cannot access my policy information, can only pay the bill & order ID cards, too basic to be truly useful, not worth the download.
  • Needed feature

    Please add support to download insurance card into Apple Wallet. This would be super convenient instead of having to use the app to get a mobile card
