This app used to be amazing.

I’m not sure why but for the past 3 months this app and the Kroger app will not let me login. It always says error try again. I know nothing is wrong with my login information because I can use both Payless and Kroger websites to access my account and download the digital coupons. It just very frustrating that I’m not able to open the app and use it. I have to use the website which is not as easy to navigate on a phone and it have a very different interface than the app.

Very once in a while we need to pickup our groceries … this has been such a reliable and appreciated service our store offers … I know it became popular during covid but we still use it occasionally for needed reasons … thank you Payless, West Lafayette Indiana store - your personal grocery shoppers are fabulous!
