Issues with LTE connectivity
Nice app and good service.
However noticed one weird thing ( is it bug or intentionally not sure ). App working flawlessly while connected to wi-fi spot. When it comes to LTE connectivity- no way. I cannot even search for required address. When trying to set destination location directly on map, same problem - cannot set it hence app becomes just useless.
I am using roaming while at Istanbul, but don’t think that this was the reason. Internet and other apps ( which need internet connectivity) just flying. Except of BiTaxi. Very frustrating.Show lessMetalalex123

Please learn from Uber and lift the American company And see how much they are easy to use and see how they make connection between them and google map. Or let them work here instead of you.

They never respond to you. No point in using it to avoid scams
I sent them emails many times asking for help to use my Turkish credit card in the app, it never sends the required 3d secure text (even though the card works in other Turkish websites). Their support never responds to you, which is not good sign if you want an Uber-like company that protects you from scams.Show lessMaannj

Taxi drivers
Alot of taxi drivers are rude and ignore and cancel whenever they feel like it. I hope those taxi dont go unpunished for leaving us under the rain sometimesNe3na3a

Useless App
Tried to use app in Istanbul it found a taxi and said it was coming. The driver then calls my mobile but cant speak English, a key feature of using an app i would say is to get around language barriers, we then tracked the taxi on the app he came about a street away from us and cancelled saying he had waited 2 mins. The app then says i need to add a payment card so it can charge me 5lira for each future taxi that the driver cancels. Sounds to me like it’s another turkish taxi scam. Avoid in my opinion.Show lesscybermo77

Today I had request of bi taxi but just in front my home another lady took the taxi and went
I wanted to cancel the journey but I couldn’t also I couldn’t ask for another taxi until she arrives

No taxi driver use the app so why have it !!!
The government should do something about it
Cause taxi drivers especially in Istanbul will do the best they can to scam you and take advantage of you and the app won’t allow them to do it
The government should banned taxies who doesn’t record their actual income using the app

Savior for this tourist!
We’ve had great experiences our whole time in Istanbul with BiTaksi. Given some of the warnings about scamming tourists, we have been very thankful for the transparency and reliability that the app provides. Seems to remove a lot of the risk, and we’ve had good service.allgood thanks
