VERY disappointed customer
Hello Is it okay for your taxi drivers to be talking on the phone, text messaging or surfing on the internet, while driving? This has been my experience with many of bitaxi drivers. Today I actually felt unsafe when the taxi driver started surfing on the internet while he was driving. It is totally unacceptable and there should be rules against this. I am also VERY disappointed that the rate the drivers charge is more than twice the rate that the app indicates. They don’t even say that at the beginning. They start telling you after you are in that taxi and have driven for few minutes. VERY disappointed customerShow lessFranky canada
Garbage App
App cancels ride request if you leave the app for a second. So stupid. Why do I need to see it search for a ride for 5 mins and I can’t look at anything else on my phone while it does this. So many issues with credit card payment, just spins and spins and says error try again later. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Really inconsistent. A great example of brutal app development. Bad driver but not all
I don’t recommend for anyone because the driver before pick you up he cheats at the counter.. that’s happened with me before he drives I saw the counter 200 that’s mean 5£ I wanted talk with but he can’t speak English so use Uber better for youMo87mo78899
Missing Uber
Terrible app. Regardless of the price shown on the app, drivers can still charge whatever they want.
When you try to leave a 1 star review for a driver, it automatically defaults to a 4.5 star review which you can’t edit.
Prepare to get ripped off if you are using this app.Matt.Childs
Brilliant app
Very convenient and brilliant app to get a Yellow Taxi in Istanbul. It uses WhatsApp to communicate messages if needed therefore sparing your roaming bill of text messages.Pradeepw

Useless Taxi APP
The driver pick up my request and cancel immediately after asking where I am going, happens several times in a day. There is a price of pick-up, if the taxi is far away and pre-tip incentive for the driver. Driver can cancel without any repercussion and the customer is left with little options. We ended up hailing a taxi and the taxi driver just want to get paid at least double. Their justification is peak hour surcharges. Istanbul taxi driver is basically daylight robbery. The app should create more transparent pricing model and surcharge timing and more protection for the user.Show lessMomo Dundun
Great app
App works well. The only issue is drivers want to charge more for a ride. It’s suggested to always use “meter on” feature.STariq2

The app has a lot of issues. Allows you to upload a credit card as a payment method, however, this teacher works maybe 10% of the time. As a result drivers are able to ask for money. Unfortunately, we were tricked by a driver and ended up paying via credit card and cash. Reached out for customer support, no solution yet. Also disappointing that the driver literally did laps around a soccer stadium for no reason yet the fair was charged. If you were to use Uber or Lyft, they would adjust the fare to be correct for the drivers greediness but this app does not allow it. We requested a larger van that can fit six people and six pieces of baggage, however the trunk space was smaller than a normal taxi. Misleading and disappointing.Show lesscem unsal

Must have app for tourists. I can’t speak Turkish and drivers don’t speak English. When busy, may have to click a few times to get a taxi. Taxis are clearly marked with number on the side👍Cdn tourist
