All taxi drivers are scammers. Even the ones using this app. They will get you to cancel the fare and negotiate a “cheaper” fare which is another scam because it will be twice the cost. They will also waste your time by accepting the fare and cancelling. The app itself is ok but the taxi drivers are scum.Show lessGynfreak6767
SCAM - Don’t use this app
Don’t use this app - the driver charged us much higher than the estimate provided on the app and despite the higher amount being shown to us for payment, the app later showed a much lower amount in ride history. The payment card also didn’t work in the app, and the driver kept asking us to pay higher and higher when we wanted to pay with our card. We eventually paid with cash after an argument. We gave a 1-star rating and asked to be contacted to provide more info, but our rating was magically changed to 5 stars. Total scam meant to rip off tourists! Don’t use!Show lessK_Canada
Ok app
Easy to understand, the final fare will be given by taxi driver. Most drivers will contact you to tell you they’ve accepted the journey. One of them told be my trip would be €20! I guess you can agree to a price before taking the journey. Divers will drop the job if someone flags them even if you’re at the door.Show lessYasmondi
detour driver
This driver pretended not to know the road, kept taking detours, and even sent us to a subway station that was much further away, not even the one we requested. The final price paid was more than twice as expensive as expected, 258 Lira, and a lot of time was wasted. I felt very incomprehensible and angry, and the experience was extremely bad! ! ! Scammers app, dropped of to wrong location and started yelling in own language at me because he wants me to leave in the middle of a main road, very dangerous and I don’t think police can help at all

Misleading trip cost estimate
Used the app for a 15 min trip in Istanbul. Was quoted a cost in the app but then got charged double that amount at the end. There’s no clarification or breakdown of the amount charged and why it has increased and there doesn’t seem to be a way to raise a complaint from within the app. I can understand some deviation from the estimate but double the amount without a reason is a scamShow lessHilal Cres

Overcharge
The drive gave us a ride and the fare was 630 ₺, but he charged us 800 ₺. Despite having all the necessary documents, including the receipt and credit card transaction, I brought the issue to BiTaksi's attention. However, they neither contacted me nor issued a refund. If you’re a tourist in Turkiye never use BiTaksi
I have used BiTaksi to go from the airport to my hotel and the driver started scamming me on our way there at a dark high way road from Istanbule airport to my hotel. He claimed the government charges them 450 Lirra for the road and he added the fare to my totals. He refused to drop me off at my destination unless I gave him the extra money plus tip. The application has no way to report such issues and the drivers can adjust the fare as they needed mid-trip. Support team never reaches back for such complaints. Overall, the app is unreliable as it doesn’t track exact location of Driver (lack of real-time location tracking) and customer services is not responsive enough to resolve complaints.Show lessYonaYoni
Bad experience
In Istanbul it’s not really working properly. I got fooled twice in 5 days by drivers. They don’t reset their taximeter and they charge what they want. Also if it is a short ride, like 2-3km they don’t want to come and they just cancel the ride without explanation. They also ask you to give cash instead of paying through the app.
The app does not protect you as a user from being scammed. So I don’t see the benefit. It is much easier to catch taxi on the street and to negotiate your price in advance. If you don’t take care they scam you.Show lessjasstrips
