Excellent but needs alert testing
I needed to test and set a specific alert when I get paged out
There does not seem to be a way to do this
Preferably .. I would love to have a long beep lasting like a phone ringer

Not available for Apple silicon macs
Recently started using Pager Duty, and loving it’s convenience.
I would like to request if the app can be made available for apple Silicon Valley macs as well (given that iOS apps can be installed on the new macs)? I’ve tried searching in the AppStore under iOS apps however, it’s not available.Mindfulnessist

Pagerduty is great, UI is not
Pgerduty has been one of my favorite tools to use for over 5 years. The tech is amazing.
You UI and UX is not simple, intuitive or informative. If you can fix the UI, pagerduty would be so much more useable. Doesn’t appear to have changed much over the past 5 yearsBrojoko

Abandonware MVP
Feels like an abandoned minimum viable product. You can't even copy alert contents nor can you see long alert titles. So you cannot share alert contents to non-PagerDuty users and have to have a computer with you to make up for the app'a shortcomings.
The UI is a mess. There's no list for ALL incidents regardless of statue. Not worth my time to point out the obvious beyond thisShow lesssdub206

Hi there! I regret to hear that you're experiencing issues with the UI. To copy alert contents of incident details or notes, tap and hold over the paragraph, select the start and end points, and then tap Copy from the floating menu. Now you can paste the text into any other app. Since we understand alerts and incidents can contain sensitive data, these can only be shared via links with the users and stakeholders that have the right permissions in your account. ACK any incident is such a painful process. You hit ACK, it show incident is acknowledged but within seconds it will sound again that annoying notification and sound. You can to click 2-3 times acknowledge and then finally it will shu** up.GeekOnsiteOn
