Useful...now broken
This app was useful before the latest update. Now it constantly fails to launch which is just fantastic when I'm on-call tonight!bennyboi14
Still no custom alert sounds
The app does mostly what it advertises - it alerts you when your stuff breaks, and allows you to quickly acknowledge alerts. However, it doesn't have the ability to ack more that one alert at a time, so if a bunch of services alert at once, you still have to ack each one individually. And worst of all, there's no way to set a custom alert sound, and the default sound is a short, quiet one. I have to keep my phone on my pillow at night just so I don't sleep through pages.Show lessezrsf
Still buggy
I started getting unwanted notifications in the middle of the night due to having misconfigured PagerDuty. So I logged out of the app, which I would have expected would have stopped the notifications. But the kept arriving every few minutes even after signing out. I had to delete the app just to get the notifications to stop.
The new UI also isn't very intuitive & is also still buggy. It said at the top that I was off-call when I was obviously on-call & getting notifications. At one point I made a gesture that resolved all my issues when I didn't mean to and don't recall even seeing it as an option.
I'll probably stick with their SMS notifications until they've made significant improvements. At least the SMS interface is clear & accurate.Show lessBruce P
Major improvement over old version!
After updating the app, I was thoroughly impressed with the changes! Better, cleaner, and more responsive UI than before! They even added the much needed acknowledge all button (and fulfilled my one feature request). The added incident search feature makes it much easier to find old incidents. The information provided for incidents is much better and more in parity with what the web UI shows (json info about the alert).

Way better and faster
This version of the PagerDuty app is such a huge improvement. Incidents load super quickly so it's easy to see what's going on.KR123
Works as describe ...
While this is working well , it lacks the function to change the alert tone. If your on call you need to be able to select something that will wake you up, not sound like a normal notification. Other than that its great.
Will still use it to respond to Sms alerts..Medavian
A step in a good direction
Push notifications are nice, but the killer would be the ability to change the notification sound. I've got custom ringtones for the SMS and phone alerts, then PD calls from a different number and I don't wake up! I've seen other apps that can pull this off!Mobius20
Worth having
Push notifications come through quickly (good for when cell coverage is bad but you're on wifi). I also like being able to call anyone on the team quickly from within the app.Kaethe23
