Times out when acknowledging on apple watch
Good app but times out when ack on Apple watch after an hour gap between alerts. Error stating that your not logged in. Then when opening app on the phone the login page freezes and a restart of the app is required.gokyt
Awful
Downloaded the app having never used it before and immediately presented with a terrible looking login page asking for my email, no option to register as a new user from the app, nor any instruction on how to sign up a new account.
As others have noted, the app is a wrapper around a website, a really poorly designed one at that which along with the aforementioned on boarding does nothing for confidence, particularly in an app that you'd look to rely on dependent on the sort of notifications you're wanting it to deliver to you.
Needless to say this is one of those apps I immediately dismiss and delete, never to reinstall.Show lessCarrier51

happy to say the pagerduty app doesn't frustrate me when I need to focus, constant updates tweaking the look and feel, obviously used internally and listening to feature requestsem295
Major bug in update
I love having a native PD app on my phone, but there is a major bug introduced in the most recent update: If a page is resolved via the website or automatically, the app won’t reflect it—even after a reload. I have to force-quit and restart PD to get it to see them update. This makes it way harder to keep up with pages when awoken in the middle of the night.Show lessPaplooTheLearned
No landscape
On the phone, no landscape orientation is fine. Love the app. But on an iPad, where you will possibly be using it in landscape all the time because lots of us have ipad keyboards which mainly use that orientation in the case, this app is very awkward. It is literally the only app I have that forces you to use portrait. I have a PagerDuty web icon just because the main app forces me to re-orient my device. All because they hired cheap developers who have no consideration for how people will use it.Show lessnumetheus76
Why change it?
The previous version looked amazing, had easy swipe to ack/resolve, etc.
When my team first opened the new app we thought it was busted. Your elegant design has been replaced with something that looks like an early stage beta.

Logs out me every few weeks
App was good until it started logging me out every few weeks. Did stop using it after that. Please fix it. Love having ability read page details while i am away from computer.formercitizen
