  • Something Went Wrong

The most frustrating app to install. After going through the registration process several times for almost 30 minutes, I still cannot register the app. The display keeps saying “Something went wrong. Please try again”.
I keep trying with no success. This is the only airline app I have had an issue with. Must be a bug that needs to be addressed.

  • Decent App, HORRIBLE BIDDING UPGRADE SYSTEM

I don’t typically do reviews like this but I just had to do it this time. The app is alright and is relatively easy to interact, but the bidding and upgrade process is probably, if not the worst I’ve experienced. I’ve put several bids to upgrade from economy to business and have provided medium/strong bids, but did not receive any confirmation or any sort of communication. I come to the airport and they say it wasn’t successful. Horrible upgrade system and horrible communication.

  • Hello? SAS? Anyone there?

I figured I can’t be the only one who is completely unable to use this app (the Home Screen simply spins and spins, as if it’s an LP at the end of the album). And I see now I’m not.
The fact that this has been the case for many weeks, if not months, is inexcusable.
WAKE UP SAS! Hello?! Either fix your app or don’t offer one. It’s an extremely poor reflection on your airline.

  • Ground transportation very incomplete

I have not used this app enough to write a full review. However, I would like attention to the incomplete ground transportation. If you want to be as helpful as to provide information about ground transportation, it needs to be better than the case is with CPH (Copenhagen, Denmark). It seems like each time I tap on Ground Transportation I get a different set of instructions, some of them possibly correct, some of them involving taking a bus to the main Copenhagen railroad station to take a train from there, while in fact you can take a train straight from the airport. Fortunately I am familiar enough with CPH to know my way around, but this could be confusing to a lot of people.

  • Terrible App

While I was signing up it froze. And now I can’t sign in no matter what I do. I keep trying to reset my password or anything. It won’t send me emails to get codes to change password. I’ve erased the app and downloaded it again. I can’t get in to the app. Nothing works. It’s been two days of me trying to sign in to the app. Absolutely terrible app.

  • Incredible app (for an airline?!)

I’ve used so many airline and travel apps over the years, and I can’t believe how good the SAS app has become. Despite the public scrutiny and troubles faced by SAS, their dev team is crushing it right now. Kudos to all!
  • Lacking full functionality

Worked ok to view an existing booking. But did not work when paying for seat assignment. Tried many combinations of adding new card first, then adding card last. None worked. Eventually used the iPad version of this app to complete the assignments.
  • App v desktop

SAS desktop is beyond horrible- if the brokers were any better I would have used them.
SAS phone app is excellent, thank you, finally.
On your website you should tell users to stop, and use phone app
  • This App is useless, don’t waste Your time

The app prompts to check in but won’t let you complete check in process. It also doesn’t show which terminal to go to and does’t update flight information. It also doesn’t allow for the purchase of flight tickets.
  • Bookings are not listed/found

When I log into my account either on iPad, phone or even the web-site none of my bookings are listed. I can add them but next time I log in they are gone! And if I add them one place (example on my phone) they don’t automatically show up on the iPad!
That lack of functionality makes this app useless.
Besides that it lacks the ability to add frequent flier information and adding friends/family passenger information in your profile
