Best banking app The only thing I could ask for is if 1099 year end tax-forms were available through ebanking. Currently they will only mail them Through snail mail (USPS). The whole idea of ebanking and paperless statements is very convenient. To not include Tax forms on the site is the only area I found to be lacking and hope the fix soon. Very basic, and buggy
OK for very basic stuff, looking at credit card stuff leaves much to be desired.
When you’re scrolling through your accounts, and pressing on the screen to scroll up it easily moves the accounts around and gets them out of order. App is pretty buggy, sometimes I have to close it and open up several times to get it to load properly. also when you go to transfer money to your accounts, it doesn’t adjust the balance right away, very noticeable when I make a transfer to a different account. My wife goes to load on the app on her phone and it doesn’t show any transactions.Show lessStrangerwcandy

I sometimes have a hard time paying bills on this app. I’ve had this account for a while but never used it for the longest time, now I am favoring this account and slowly phasing the other one out. I didn’t remember setting an automatic payment up which didn’t remind me it was coming up so I overdraft my account. I set it up because I had a hard time each month paying my car payment. Easy access wish they had more options like they do on a computer. Would be nice if they made it so you can get to your transactions (bill pay) faster. I do like the buttons on the bottom that get me back home or into transfer money without using the drop box. Consistently making improvements and they are improvements.

Horrid app
This app has been terrible and buggy since forever. There are times when your account balances won’t even show. The app crashes. Withdrawals and deposits are super slow to appear. When it comes to trying to use something like a business credit card through this app it’s an unbelievably terrible experience. This seems to lack other modern features such as auto savings accounts and virtual folders for originating money. My experience has been so bad that I am now looking for a new place to do my banking. Only thing good about the app is the check deposits, however even that crashes half the time.

This a real nice app! The number next to the word “balance” have a lot left to be desired, but the graphics are amazing! If I had to chose between this app and listening to Biden try to form a coherent sentence, I’d chose this app every time!! My only complaint is there’s no sound effects. Imagine if you will, signing in to check your balance and hearing the sound of a crowd booing. Anyway, get this app!Show lessNugshee78
