Great App but not perfect
I give this app 5 stars because its easy to use and gives you many useful tools but it sometimes has trouble loading up quickly and it always reflects a dollar amount too low in my savings account than what I’d like to see.thisaddanicknamethingisdumb
Program crashes
I love the features but when I try to deposit a check the app keeps shutting down. It usually takes 3 or more times to get the deposit to work and most times I have to wait till the next day. Had one issue where it told me the check had already been deposited so I had to drive to the bank to make the deposit. Great app but still has many bugs. I gave 5 stars only because the the service. The app needs impediment and needs to be easier to pay the credit you’ve used which is the biggest turn off to using the card and I end up relying on the set monthly payment.ckivela

Okay so, first of all, I have been a highly satisfied member of NWCCU for several years. The app makes it super easy to navigate my account. It’s easy to name your accounts what you want (goal recognition). It’s easy to transfer money between accounts. Information is organized and easy to understand.Show lessDLKalista
Credit Card System flawed
The credit card system is difficult to navigate. When it was split, my information became harder to access. Additionally, the front page of my accounts now shows “available balance” for my credit card, not the balance owed. This feels deceptive. I’d appreciate a way to change that. Great app
I use this app weekly. It comes in handy to check account balances and inquire about transactions without actually phoning the bank or having to go in person. I’m still skeptical about technology and security especially around finances because of the day and age we live in, but I’m luckily not transferring thousands of dollars only small fish so I’m not too worried. Good but could be better organized
Four stars for a good effort but it can use more optimization and a lot of organization done to make it faster and easier to find what the user needs.
The glitches in with the interface still need some work. Sometimes I will select and option and it will sit there trying to change to the link selected and then just logout.Show lessBummed out gamer
Awesome Banking App!
This app works pretty great, the only thing is I wish I could rename my different accounts as to what I would use them for, like change my share account to ‘savings’, also haven’t been able to use use the picture cashing feature for checks that my friends have told me about, besides that it’s a great app!Show lessBrayden Schultz
NWCU App Review
When the app works, it is an asset. Unfortunately, technical difficulties and “maintenance” issues are common. The app has become an important tool as NWCU has withdrawn from many of their previously held “shared-banking” agreements with other credit unions. When the customer can no longer utilize the shared-banking option, the app is fundamental ... when the app and/or website is experiencing technical difficulties, customers are left in the cold. This has been the case for the last 24 months. Pretty rough going, however, I prefer to support a local credit union as opposed to a national bank. While the bank would be much more convenient, it does not support our local economy.Show lessCredit Unions Are Assets
Mobile Banking Is So Awesome!!!
I love having the ability to transfer money or check my eStatement while on the go! My spouse and I use this app all the time to see pending deposits, and to check our balance. Just tonight we noticed two fraudulent transactions on our account! We were able to transfer all of our money from our checking account to our savings account as our debit cards don’t have access to that account. Because it was outside of normal business hours we were unable to reach a resolution with the fraud department. However, it is good to know that the thief won’t be able to have access to anymore of our money. Thank you Northwest Banking App!!! Mobile banking is awesome!!!Show lessRJD&D Computer
