Nice to have banking at my fingertips
This app is super easy to use. A few years ago, the computer version changed and it took a bit of getting used to but that was because they were making it so that it matched the app. And it does. It is nice to have the two platforms match so that I don’t have to try to figure out how to navigate yet another thing. This is very user friendly and intuitive.Show lessrn bee
Good app
Easy to use. Has a lot of useful info to be found for an account holders use. Sometimes glitches and has some times when updates make it unusable for a few hours but other than that. Useful and good.cgisab
Always getting better!
The NWCCU app has worked well for me. I’m always discovering new features and watching it improve over time. Staff have also helped me understand how to use it better. If you think you can’t do something with the app, you are probably wrong. Just ask!darlingnose

Sure it works when it’s actually working- but geez it’s down for maintenance constantly and doesn’t ever like to load if I’m away from a familiar WiFi spot... kind of the whole point yeah? Last thing - the buttons to actually call the bank are only sometimes where they’re supposed to be - every time I try to save the number - fax sounds? Financial institutions are just awful :(

I am old enough to be just a little nervous about the “ conveniences” this world has to offer right now. But living an hour away from town over rides my caution. That being said I LOVE this online banking and the convenience of it ....that is the yin’s and yang of it I guess.Chippewaskid
What happened?
I tried logging into my account, putting in all of the correct log in information, but it says there’s a connectivity error. I go onto the internet and try to log in from there, it says that I’m not authorized to access the resource. What happened? Cannot deposit checks
I downloaded this app specifically to be able to deposit checks from home. Whenever I attempt to download a check, the app locks up. It is unable to access the camera for some reason. The app doesn’t even request access to the camera. I suspect that it isn’t updated to run properly in iOS 13. The other features seem to work okay, including bill payment, but it fails completely at the one thing I really want it to do.Show lessMr Horst

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you're unable to use our Remote Deposit Capture (mobile deposit) feature. Our app is compatible with iOS 13, so we may need to do some troubleshooting. From what you described, it sounds like the app is locking up when you select "Deposit Check" - is that correct? Works great and is usually pretty quick to load.
Occasionally there are outages and the app won’t be able to refresh your active bank balances, which is annoying of course.. but this is pretty rare and usually doesn’t happen for long.Foxy Foxing
User friendly
This app is a time saver and it’s so fast and easy to navigate. The only downfall is the dollar limit on mobile deposits. I think it’s limited to 5k in 7 days or something around that. Not an issue for everyone but definitely has been an inconvenience to me.Stiner4
Conecting problems.
For whatever reason. This version has connecting problems. After trying to log into the system. It just continues to try and open. Once I close out of the site. Then go back in. It logs in. Without doing anything. If it is just left along to continue trying to log in the first tine, without closing the window. It times out. Which nailed my a late payment. Because I was not aware of its problem. I did not appreciate the inconvenience then, or now. Also had to figure the mess out over a weekend!Show lessKadejah's fun
