Hi Sue PT, thank you for reporting this issue with submitting a payment through the app. We just released an update that will hopefully address some of this for you. After signing in with your online credentials, your account and any SpeedPay wallet information will pre-populate. Note, with this first iteration you will have to enter your credentials again once you get to SpeedPay, but we hope that the other benefits of information pre-populating and access to your saved methods will offset this inconvenience in the short-term! Hi Manu3lcabrera, thank you for your feedback on your experience using our app. We just recently released an updated version of the app that allows you to login using your National Grid online credentials to view your account, what you owe and more easily submit a payment. We will be continuously delivering new features and updates to the app every few months so please keep giving feedback so we can incorporate your voice into the product. Thank you!

Hi Dolores3b, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would like to make sure our payment team and SpeedPay partners are aware of this issue and investigate further. Could you help in providing more details about the region your service is in (MA or NY) and if you have made ACH payments in the past through SpeedPay and did not get this issue? I also want to highlight that we just recently launched an update enabling customers to login to see their National Grid account before paying but we are also building an integrated ACH payment experience in the app that is fee free. Thank you for sharing this issue and looking forward to more details and feedback on our app in the future!
