Digital keys don’t arrive quickly or when your room is ready
As the title says. If your room is ready and you request a digital key, it should be instant. It often takes hours.
Worst Hotel App
By a large margin the worst hotel app I’ve ever used. Wants to track everything, requires multiple entries of the same information, doesn’t recognize email addresses and has major bugs which prevent password resets.
So bad that I would encourage Hilton to stop recommending it to customers as a check in option.

STAY AWAY FROM ALL HILTON-BRANDED PROPERTIES! Pick Marriott
While the review is by no means a reflection on the app and the app developers, stay away from any properties offered by Hilton, particularly Hampton Inn in Sherman Oaks California. They will cancel your 2-month-old reservation 4 days in advance siting price in their system and there is nothing the property or Hilton can do to compensate for it and leave you to stress out finding a new place and ruin your vacation. Choose Marriott, Best Western, IHG or any other hotel chain brands or independently operated hotels other than Hilton!
