Works 10% of the time you needs it

There’s usually something wrong most times you need to use it, and it wastes 3 minutes. Always something about error with code. This is a downgrade for GTBank’s status

Did you even test this?

It can't generate a useful token. I always have to use the hardware token. What's the point.

Most useless app and clueless IT team!

If you can not get a simple app to run efficiently for several months, I wonder what else you can get right as a bank and IT teams.

This e-Token is taking forever to load, I think you guy’s need to do better because this does not worth it at all…

Stop making my life difficult

I was asked to update my app, after updating I am unable to set it up or get customer care representative on phone. I am spending so much $ on calls to get no answer. This is really frustrating. Am I not supposed to be able to access my bank accounts anywhere in the world? Do something about this app it doesn’t work

Unable to onboard

App was working fine but silently got updated. I’m now promoted to fill out a welcome screen. In my case, the only viable option is GT Connect. However, the authorization code field only accepts 6 digits whereas the app/website description indicate it should be 9 digits. Thus, I am unable to use the code I previously received.

Please revert this poorly executed upgrade. I am getting fed up with GTB’s steadily declining quality of service. Back in the day, I chose GTB as they appeared to offer the best online services for non-resident account holders. But it’s been issue after issue over the past few years…

Token Error Messages; Failed Transactions

Honestly,

This upgrade is very frustrating with all the “Token error messages”. It’s becoming more and more impossible to use GTB

This bank and app is extremely useless !!

This bank is absolutely terrible. My app automatically deleted its self and I’ve not been able to get into the app for the past 2weeks. I’ve called customer service line multiple times and I’ve not been able to speak to one person. They aren’t replying my emails either and my money is just stuck there. I’m not able to send money to my family enters back home for the holidays. Everything about it is terrible. At this point, I’m trying to close my account and even that has been an issue.

Terrible!!

Cannot click on OTP button

The Generate OTP button appears at bottom of screen and overlaps with other icons. There is no way to select it. If you try to click on it, it automatically selects one of the icons. Does not work — please fix.
