    Easy to use application. Would love to see a “save for later” option, and would love to be able to apply my veteran discount to online purchases.

  • It works when it wants

    The app is good and helps you look for stores and what you need but it can be very glitchy while going through payments. It’s happened to me a couple of times when you check out with affirm or apple or try to use your rewards, the payment will sometimes not go through or over charge you. Sometimes the payment doesn’t even go through just because it won’t go through. It’s also an issue that I get charged but my order history will not register the item and the item never really gets shipped but I still get charged. Please fix this problem, it’s such a fantastic app that really does help but the check out portion of your app needs a lot of attention along with the rewards program.

    Was extremely easy and great to use only took a couple of minutes to find what I was looking for

    Was able to search and filter and checkout with ease . Had no issues
  • App freezing

    I’m loving the app and all the information and extra things it offers.
    Went to make my first purchase and the app froze on my twice. I had to exit the app and reopen. It was fine, though stressful because I was waiting for purchase confirmation.
  • Terrible App, worse customer service

    App required me to make two separate payments both utilizing the same card.

    Tried the website too, woman on the phone told me to try a different browser, I’m on their App, there is no browser.

    Almost entire purchase through Apple Card, remaining .29 cents had to go through Pay Pal, guess which card is attached to my Pay Pal.

    She insisted I must not have enough money.

    What customer service starts with blaming the customer for having invalid funds as a potential issue…?!?

    Cannot believe I’ve spent thousands of dollars with a company that blames customers for their IT issues.

    I have been to multiple boot stores and boot barn is the best i have found. Customer service is always on point. Boots a great quality. They deserve the 5 stars given. I have never had a bad experience with boot barn.
