    I have been a shopper at BB for around twenty years I love all the new options and variety. My 4 children are also now avid BB shoppers. I can’t tell you how glad we are about all the new openings. I’m so happy with all of my recent purchases. The only thing that makes me sad is when my rewards disappear 😕. I just feel after you’ve been with y’all for so many years you should get something special like rewards that don’t expire. Consider it. It might keep others away from the competitors. Anyway thank you for all the great outfit memories all these years. Regards. KF

  • Can’t even change shipping addresses

    I had an address I no longer use and when I tried to change it the app would not let me and decided to remove my current address on its own so no I’m stuck with an order that’s being shipped out to an address I no longer live at.

    B Rewards program not reflecting my points and available rewards. Therefore, I’m unable to use the app for redeeming my rewards. Otherwise, everything else is ok.
  • Bad Inventory Information

    The good feature of the app: It locates its stores quite well. You can search the products through key words quickly. The filters are good to narrow your searches.
    The bad part is the super important part. You CAN’T use it to find the actual inventory in stores to have a try on.
    And I don’t mean just one pair of jeans or a pair of boots.

    What I mean is that there can be a whole collection of a brand missing that is stated on the app to be present in a store.
    So for example, if you’re looking for a particular label of jeans… the app will enable shoppers to check the availability AT THE STORE OF YOUR CHOICE (by tapping the “in store” button).

    That feature is broken.

    Three different stores were supposed to have a certain label available in several styles today according to the app, but the employees couldn’t locate a single one.
    I think that’s really frustrating. People like to
    see products on an app -but many like to actually know where they can find it to try it on; especially boots. Boots don’t always fit the same!
    The return policy is good, but gas and time mean a lot to most of us today.

    Hi Gloria457, we appreciate you sharing your experience here. This is an issue we've encountered before and is something we've been working to remediate. In our recent release we added a notification that is displayed when the "In Stock" toggle is on which alerts the user to filter by size for accurate results. When the product is not filtered by size you may be seeing that it is available, but it may not be available in the desired size. With that said, there still seems to be a syncing issue with some of our products in which the product is shown as available in a particular size on the products list page, even though it is actually unavailable. We are actively working to fix this issue. In the meantime, if you click on a product and select your desired size on the product page the "Ship to Store" option will change to "Pick Up in Store" if the product is available. And you can further confirm availability by calling your store and asking the store associate to ensure your size is available. We recognize the inconvenience this adds and apologize for the frustration this issue has caused you. We hope to have this issue resolved soon. Thank you for your feedback.
  • Was A Good App Until….

    … it stopped working. I can no longer Sign In or choose Account tab. All the other features work except these two. Apparently there is a bug preventing the login/account screen to load. Doesn’t matter if on wifi or cellular.

    I recently lost a bunch of weight and had no idea what size I am so I grabbed a bunch of different styles and a bunch of different sizes and off to the fitting room. The gal who helped me was super sweet and did not give me attitude about the tons of jeans that she had to put away which made me feel comfortable about tying on a bunch of different jeans. Ended up spending more money than I was planning on. Unfortunately, the store location had primarily 34 lengths and I needed 32s so I ended up purchasing them online instead of in store but would not have gotten the customer service online that I did in store. She saves me a ton of online returns!!!
