Why have it if you’re not monitoring it
They had someone come to my house on a Sunday to tell me to call them this has never happened before till I used the app before the app I was in contact ever month or made my payments on the website I schedule one payment on the app now somebody rings my door bell to tell me to call shell point didn’t even get get a call from shell point I don’t ignore nt they send me this was embarrassing and unnecessary.
Side note there not open on Sunday so I couldn’t call them the day they sent somebody to my house to tell me to call them till 8 am tomorrow 🤦🏽♂️

Horrible company, and app
This company is extremely horrible. Please stay away from this company they purchased my mortgage and I’ve been having nothing but problems ever since this company should go bankrupt or sell.
Total Incompetence with Website and App
AuthSdkError. Literally every time on the website. This app doesn’t work. This is kind of pathetic.
Garbage
I can’t login online, nor through the app. The app used to work but hasn’t for about 6 months. Their developers need to be fired
Worst mortgage app
This app is embarrassing. It never saves your info so you have to look up your username and password every single time you want to access your account and there is no facial recognition.
App is busted
Can’t login. I was able to login once I created the account, after that I was unable to do so ever since.
Worst Mortgage App
This is the worst app I have ever used for a mortgage. Every time I go to use it I have to look up my username and password because it never saves it even though I ask it to each time I use it. It has no facial recognition and it times out while you’re on it quickly and then you have to sign in again. Whoever designed this app needs to start over again. It makes my experience with Shellpoint less desirable.

Not user friendly
Every time I access the app for my mortgage I have to enter all of my information all over again even though my info is saved. I have to look up my username and password before I can access my account. Terrible app.

This app is super annoying. I have to login remembering my username and password every single time I access the app even though I checked to save and remember me for the next time I try to access it.
