I have multiple items that I love from this brand. The app is overall decent but you can’t see or sort all the product reviews, it only shows a selection of five star reviews. To see all reviews or sort them, you have to go to the website. Also I had a gift card that I loaded into the app when checking out, still had money on it. The gift card balance doesn’t stay loaded in your account, you have to go back to your email and reenter the gift card number if you want to make another purchase. I’m also not seeing a way to check the balance of the gift card (no I don’t want to contact customer service!).
This isn’t specific to the app but it would be helpful if product listings would disclose when the fit of a product has been updated compared to prior seasons. And like actual descriptions not just we updated it to be more like X and Y tops. There’s no way to know about changes to designs unless you ask customer service before you order anything, or you’re part of the brand’s private Facebook group. Would save a lot of trial and error in ordering.
