Worst insurance website ever

The most confusing, unhelpful medical insurance website I have ever used. I am a college educated, executive level, 50+ year old male. This website is complete garbage. Most cost estimators don’t work, everything refers back to a pdf document that is deliberately confusing. United Health should be ashamed for even offering this UMR website. Will be complaining to our employer about this.

Minority insurance

It’s hard to make sense of the initial information because of how many languages they try and make you use. I have read a few developer responses and they don’t care about any of your comments or ideas about improving the app. They should add a place to give a review about the employees you have to speak with when you have questions their predictable AI can’t answer.

Needs to be Apple Device friendly

Most healthcare apps already provides a card for your Apple Wallet, however UMR does not. UMR needs to get with the times and do so as well. Besides that, the app is straight forward and easy to use

Is easy to navigate and gives information that is relevant to my account. Thanks again

ID cards

I like that it is easy to request ID cards. The initial 2 that are mailed out are not enough for a family of 4 with older children. We each need an ID card. Thanks for making it easy to request additional ID cards to be mailed.

The app is pretty useless

I have not yet been able to find a provider through the app (or mobile web page). I was able to chat with a representative on Monday who was able to help me determine if a provider I was looking at was in-network. Unfortunately, they were not able to see my young daughter. So I went back into the app to try to find a provider again, but I keep having the same issue. I figured I would give the chat a try again but I must have tried during peak times and I was in a queue. This wouldn’t bother me except for the fact that I went from being 4th in line, the 3rd, then 2nd, then 2nd again… and again… and again. I never advanced beyond that so I gave up. All I want is to view my providers!

Inability to contact or locate;

Website has basic end of road/pathways , and end of researching even to calm these clowns, you become connected to ironically a mental health or substance control liberal which was not even close to any attempted contractural medicine/treatment/physicians choices attempted and nothing offered. Not a great choice - then again most of these are as bad as attorneys as your consistently misdirected on every attempt to find or contact the specific field of intention.

Absolutely Terrible!

Absolutely terrible. None of the information I have found has been accurate. Nothing on my card indicates that my plan is EPO Benchmark and so my providers have thought they were in Choice Plus Network only to have my claims returned. None of the phone numbers listed for in network providers have been working numbers. I would give -10 stars if that were an option.

Needs work

App startup is buggy and slow. Only opens 1 out of three times. Required password change after not logging in for two weeks???

Terrible

This app is absolutely terrible. All it seems to be good for is getting your id cards. I cannot search for in network providers at all which is important since I’m on an extended plan. It directs to click the view providers but nothing happens. Not having much luck with the website either.
