Worse communication App there is
This app is one of the worst. When using it - the app takes you away into a browser. You can hardly use the app, why have an app when it just takes you to a browser? Hardly gets notifications, can’t upload pdf. Glitches all the time, when reaching out to support you get no response back.Tamwowk
Weak Notifications
Notification sounds are very low in volume. Cannot customize the notification sound. So many missed notifications. Slow to connect to “service” regardless of having the best 5GUC network, regardless of being connected to WiFi. Constant “loading” page. Notifications don’t disappear even after reading them. The red dot or # stays on app like I have something unread.Lj03

Seems to work well for work, but I never get notification alerts on my iPhone.
Also, I can’t delete or mark messages read for some some private messages. I’ve even pressed the ‘mark all read’ option it gives and it still says I have them unread.
Other than that, it’s a great communicator for work.hgdyhjn
