Very bad experience

Stealers, the policies are not clearing all they want is your money… very decieved

This is impossible to cancel!!! They try to take money all the time They don’t answer any emails The manage subscription button doesn’t work at all I’m at a loss on how to deal with them They don’t respond to my bank either
I’m going to have to freeze my card to stop this nonsense!!!!

Bonne application… remplie de frais cachées!

L’application est bien… pas trop le choix, vu le prix qu’elle coûte avec tous les frais cachés!!! J’avais pris un abonnement de quelques mois, pour l’essayer, à prix réduit et j’ai fini avec un abonnement plein prix au final. Le service à la clientèle est super aussi… pour te confirmer que tu t’es fait avoir bien comme il faut! J’annulerai mon abonnement sans hésitation pour aller vers une compagnie plus honnête et transparent dans leurs frais.

Ils vous assurent qu’ils vont tout faire pour régler votre problème, mais ne font absolument rien et ne font que se remplir les poches. J’aurais dû lire les commentaires avant de m’abonner… quelle erreur.

Scam

I was told that first month is for trial, but when I checked my bank they deducted $100+ without my authorization.

I need refund, I cancelled my membership already.
Not worth it.

Scam! Do not subscribe!

I subscribed to the basics plan and was subsequently charged 3 times on my credit card. I contacted customer service and was informed I added premium features and purchased PDFs which I did not agree to and to which I was charged for 2 more times. Cancelled my account within 9 days. Not happy. Want a full refund.

Scammers

I have been trying for a while now to get back the extra payments which they took from me even when I hadn’t added extra or agreed to pay them. I contacted them pretty much straight away once I had realised they had taken extra payments. Clearly just want to get their hands on peoples money. I feel robbed which I suppose I have been. If you are thinking about getting this app…..don’t.

don’t sign up!

One of these apps that makes it near impossible to cancel subscription and goes from charging 18 pounds a month to three times the amount on auto renewal. They prefer to prioritise keeping your money than making it right for customers who have felt caught out by it. Also finding a way to contact them is infuriating. Keeps going through faqs on faqs.

Looking at the review feedback from the developer they keep saying they will do what they can to make it right but I have had the most infuriating exchange. would not recommend.

Scam!!!!!!

I realized too late that this app is absolute trash and tried to cancel subscription immediately.
In turn they make it basically impossible to do so. Lesson learned, read reviews!
I almost always do, but suspect I had this app mixed up with another one. Always double check.
