SCAM APP. STAY AWAY FROM IT

Check before you subscribe to their plans to avoid scam. Don't recommended this app to anyone! No wonder why this app received so many negative reviews.

Disappointed

I want to start by saying, I never pay for apps. I broke that rule because this program seemed really great and comprehensive. Immediately after purchasing the “package”, I was turned off because it started nickel and diming absolutely everything. “So you want a personal assistant? 9.95/ month more” “do you want the meal plan? 9.95/month more” “do you want to add daily yoga and relaxation? 9.95/more”… it felt like I had to deny 4 extra things and look around for the “no thank you” button which feels dishonest. So then we get into the app and even though I chose that I was open to everything, I literally have 4 full weeks of just Pilates. No yoga or barre, no strength training or cardio days…..just. Pilates. I’m upset that I broke my rule for this, because this app is a perfect example why I made that rule in the first place 🙄. I also stupidly paid for 3 months upfront for this balance training plan. It was just a complete waste of 25! IMO 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Managing subscriptions via the app needs to be fixed

The app itself is ok with the workouts etc. But I had a HUUUGE problem with trying to cancel my subscription. I tried cancelling through and AND the website but it would just show me the dreaded loading circle for ages. Tried for a few days assuming their site may be under maintenance. Nope! Happened for days! I was getting worried because I didn’t want to be CHARGED AGAIN and not be able to cancel and not afford it. Only giving the extra star for the support from one of their advisors (Christina) who sorted this within minutes. But this shouldn’t happen! We should have proper control over our subscriptions/membership without having to reach out to customer service. I’ve noticed a lot of people complaining about this

I wanted to try it , when I first agreed to pay , it was for the month trial ( like not even 1 dollars), but when I checked my bank they took more than 20 dollars , and the workout are not even good , they just put a video of a lazy women doing some activity that won’t help u archive ur initial objective, all I have to say NOT WORTH IT , A SCAM

Horrible Experience!!!

I have tried on three separate occasions to cancel my subscription because I ended up not using the app then had surgery and wasn’t able to workout for several months. I tried to cancel it on the app in December 2023. The app doesn’t allow you to just cancel it. They make you go around in circles trying to cancel it. They kept charging my account for FOUR MONTHS after this! Then I tried to cancel again in March and they only let me pause my account for 3 months then started rebilling in June 2024. And now after emailing them for a refund they refuse because of their “rules and policies” however this is the third time I tried to cancel the subscription. I am only asking for the refund for June, but I’d like the refund for December, January, February, and March! I FINALLY got the subscription canceled but they will not refund me! I have not used this app since November 2023 and they made me lose on SO much money that I needed for rent and other expenses!

Don’t subscribe on this app!!!

Please read all the reviews and believe that is true what the people are saying. It happened to me as well. I selected 3 month plan and food plan and at the end was just one mont with no food plan. I’m trying to cancel the subscription but they offered 2 month for free. At the moment I can’t cancel this subscription. Awful experience!

DO NOT USE

I signed up for a short trial and was charged $10. I tried it, and it just wasn’t for me. Unknowingly I was charged another $25 and then $5 on the same day. A few days later they tried to charge another $60 and thankfully my bank sent a fraud alert and declined it. My bank gave me their Harnas customer service number and it’s not a real number! When I try to cancel on the app it lets me select everything except “manage subscription” in the settings. The website is even less helpful and it’s very frustrating that they are taking advantage of people like this. I will be disputing the charges since so many people were not given refunds. Absolutely ridiculous DO NOT USE THIS APP TELL YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY, EVERYONE!

I repeat…. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! Read all reviews! I subscribed and immediately got a meal plan pkg! I didn’t order that!!! Asked for immediate refund and they told me I didn’t meet the criteria for a refund!! Huh? Then I find out Unimeal and Harna are same company! Still they don’t explain why I received a meal plan instead of the exercise!! Just try free YouTube programs!!! Again…DON’T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!

SCAM

They let you choose a program and schemingly make you choose unwanted extra/additional program for a cost. They made it so confusing that you accidentally click on the extras and end up paying it. What a major turn off. I cancelled right away, I want a refund. But reading their responses to people wanting refund is also a major turn off. Just return the money and cancel everything.

Bad Customer Service and App

I recently had a very disappointing experience with HARNA. The advertisements for the app were misleading, suggesting that it offered a variety of workouts that it simply didn't provide. After realizing this, I requested a refund, as I had never started a workout or plan since it didn’t have what I needed. I was told that after careful review, my refund request did not meet their criteria. Instead, they offered me an additional three months for free, even though I had already paid for three months that I would never use.

I asked for an explanation of their refund criteria and mentioned that my doctor recommended a strength training program, which the app did not adequately offer. I received no response. I have contacted their customer service different three times with no communication back from them. Their customer service is atrocious, and I would never recommend this app to anyone, especially considering its high cost and lack of communication.

As someone who works in customer service, I find this level of neglect and lack of responsiveness unacceptable and detrimental to any business. If my company treated customers the way they treated me, it would be disastrous for our reputation. Save your money and avoid this app.
