No free trial?

Is does confuse me when fitness apps don’t offer a free trial period, to allow you to gain access to the fitness plan before deciding if you like it enough to purchase.

As if happens, I took the plunge and purchased, but did not like the workouts and did not find them beneficial for the level of training I’m seeking.

I have emailed several times for a refund, in line with the refund policy, but am getting no response.

Love the concept - app needs more development

I am a big fan of cycle syncing so wanted to give this app a try. I really love the concept and the way it’s laid out, but have a few things I wish were different, and if they were, I’d consider investing more long term.

- the app is clearly catered towards syncing your follicular, ovulation, luteal, and menstrual phases by week, but you cannot set a cycle start date. There is a Q&A about this in the help page but the feature itself seems to have been removed. If I were to keep the app long term I’d delete my OG account and create a new one on day 1 of my cycle.
- I’d like to see a walk through of the workout - esp ones that need equipment so I can see what I need
- the yoga class left a lot to be desired - the teacher will say “repeat the moves on the other side” for a full cycle of movements, which is hard to follow.

Again, love the concept, will stick with it for the duration I paid for, but won’t be continuing the subscription. May look to the app again if more developments are made.

Not worth the money and extremely difficult to cancel

After using the app for the one month free trial, I found it to be ineffective. The workouts are too short to get any real result and it’s essentially just a pretty cycle tracking app with daily 10 minute workouts. When I tried to cancel, their app and website kept failing to proceed with the cancellation, so I reached out to customer service. They told me to give it 24 hours to update, then I should be able to cancel. Well it didn’t, and the same issue is occurring. I reached out again for help cancelling and they told me the same thing. Now I’m out $70 for a worthless subscription and can’t seem to just get someone to manually cancel my subscription or fix their site.

Only want money

First off the phone number on the sight is a joke, and secondly they only want your money. My experience is that after looking at the app and accidentally going for the trial I thought I immediately deleted it. I did not and only “put it on hold.” Who signs up for something and immediately does that?!? 2 months later I’m charged $60. I attempted to contact them, and Monica was not helpful and then immediately quit responding. I did however receive 2 more emails from other employees who were also not helpful and just wanted me to get more of this product. They are a scam and I would never recommend them, they charge you for unwanted things and make it difficult to do anything. They also quit responding to you when you won’t b placated by what they offer.

Scam

I didn’t renew my subscription, and actually cancelled it but they charged me randomly $50 on my card and refused to refund.

Ridiculously expensive

I initially paid $10 to recieve my workout recommendations, which was the only expense they indicated I had to pay. Afew days later my account was charged $70 for a subscription!! No where did I read that a subscription was involved. I am very upset and doubt they will refund me considering the other reviews on this app. Don’t get it!! A gym membership is cheaper and i’m now missing half my rent.

Very responsive support team

The payment methodology is a little confusing but the app content is great. It’s a very user friendly fitness tool with great content. I wish I could afford to overlook the price increase and the confusing way payment is worked out but sadly I can’t.
The meal plans are great and the workouts are varied and interesting. I loved how it made it easy to be aware of where you are and what to expect within your cycle.

Refund policy will rob you

Unfortunately, although the app’s concept is good, this app’s refund policy completely lets it down.

If it was more transparent, friendly and helpful, it would have a better reputation. They might even have more returning customers.

Upon cancelling your subscription, they offer two free months. Then, unexpectedly, you are charged. When you contact them to say that this is a mistake - you get no help. Even if you cancelled partly because of financial difficulty- they are not bothered - they just offer you more free months, which is laughable because you don’t use it anyway. If they can offer free months, they can refund you.

The refund policy completely lets it down, for an app that is supposed to help women.

very bad service, very expensive, I chose the one week package for 10 dollars and they ended up charging me almost 50 dollars once I gave them access to my account I asked for my refund immediately and they just made up a stupid excuse that I am not suitable according to their criteria for a refund. they are terrible please don't fall

Scammers.

Absolutely not what I wished to purchased. I asked straight away for a refund , literally less then an hour from the time of purchase and they refused to refund me the money. Also , they charged me 63£ in total instead of 31.5£ . They’re absolutely terrible customer support.
