Do not install this application, they charged me 3 times

The worst experience ever !

Do not even attempt buying this app - waste of your time and money.

I did not do any exercises and apart of the fitness plan they have charged me for extra diet advice which I did not want to buy.
Their website is misleading, be careful what you click on it as they charge for absolutely everything without any warning!!!

I have lost more than £50 and it supposed to be £29 only.

When I texted their customer service asking for a refund, i have been told that finance team will get in touch with my and that will take up to 5 working days.

Well until now noone has contacted me back regardig my full refund.

They have put me off using any fitness app in the future

Charged 3 times!

I uploaded application and approved one (!) payment. The same day 3 amounts were tsken from my visa.. i wrote to the client support they answered that they will contact me back, since that no follow up. I erase tjis application from telephone as it looks as a scam. Be carefull!
Harna refund my account if you try to build reputation!

Do not use

This app is the worst app I have ever downloaded. As some people say in their reviews, I just answered some questions and I was led to purchase page, and as soon as I purchased the program they show us another webpage to purchase the thing again. There was one button with vivid orange colour which says confirm. If you press it they will charge you for another plan. It is not the end, and then you will see another one to make you purchase again.

False and misleading details

I originally downloaded this app because I saw that it tractor workouts through your different different cycles beer different faces of your cycle. However, after using it for about a week I came to the conclusion that I did not like it because it doesn’t track your workout and the way that I thought it would it seems to me that most of the workouts are home-based don’t require equipment and that’s not what I thought that I was downloading or purchasing when I signed up for subscriptions to this app one of the reasons that I went with this app over, others is because it said that if customers are consumers were unsatisfied with the purchase you would be able to receive a refund and after contacting support and requesting that I am I was presented with a bunch of rules and regulations and basically parameters that were not introduced in the first place regarding refunds, and I’m unable to get a refund for the first month of this application or subscription that I do not like so steer clear go with whatever other option you’re interested in not this one!

So much potential

I wanted to love this app. I love the concept of adjusting workouts around my cycle. However the app doesn’t give you an option to swap out workouts. It’d be nice if I had access to a library of workouts I could choose from and swap out workouts in my plan. I don’t always work out on the same days in a week so if I go to change my plan days everything resets and it doesn’t take into account the workouts I’ve already done. For example, I did an arm workout early in the week, readjusted my workout days and the workouts updated to new ones with more arm workouts later in the week. I just kept updating the plan dates until I found something that worked which was a pain. I’ve enjoyed the workouts themselves, but they don’t give you a heads up on equipment so I’m scrambling mid workout to find bands and weights. The app has potential, but I won’t be renewing my subscription.

Took my money

Money-back guarantee, but there are conditions that have to be met? First of all, I was charged for two plans when I only wanted one. That’s about $60 wasted. I don’t work and I get my money from allowance so I don’t have much. This then caused me to reach below $0 on my bank. The Billing Support Department should change their policies and understand financial issues. Also, their policy of “following the plan for 14 days in a row” to get a refund is stupid in my opinion, because what if you accidentally subscribed to a plan you didn’t want and you really need that money back? I see SO MANY other complaints about this so I really hope this app changes their ways and understand financial issues more.

One of the best user experiences

The app is great. Not only is it visually pleasing, it’s very functional and easy to use.
The support team is very responsive and the app has come a long way! I have addressed the audio alignment issue and I feel like the issue has been fixed for the most part, and I am sure they will work on getting it to a 100% alignment. Overall, I find great benefit for the content and the use of the app. I mainly use the app for the second half of my cycle, and the workouts are amazing!

Billing issues and extra subscription

I tried the app for a reduced fee and never even really got into the workouts. They did not seem customized and I didn’t like the interface. Cancelling in the app was a bit challenging but I figured it out and took a screenshot once I’d cancelled. I did get an extra charge after I’d cancelled which my bank refunded. I then got an additional charge a month later. I reached out via the email provided by PayPal and then got an email cancelling my subscription to Unimeal — which I had never subscribed to. Sharing my experience so others can go in eyes wide open. Be sure to keep tabs on any charges that come through and make sure you signed up for what you are getting charged for.
