GP does not like their customers
You would think with as big of a company Georgia Power is that they would have better apps and easier ways for customers to pay for their power. Half the time the app gives an error message when trying to add money to your account. I can’t even use my debit card through the app anymore and have to use Apple Pay. It is very slow to loud and doesn’t work. Please do better, GP. You get our money, no doubt about it.Show lessNotToday1205
Billmatrix portal does not work
When paying by credit card, BillMatrix reports the error, “We cannot complete your request at this time, Please try again later”
I tried several times throughout the month only to receive the same error.steak eater cb
