App has issues
I remember when this app came out and it was a lifesaver for me something that’s quick and affordable, but after some time I started to notice this app has a ton of problems
, first off why is it that I am not able to get a driver?! I know this seems as a one time problem but every time I use it it’s always the drivers are full, are there only like 10 divers?! Unacceptable. Secondly, why is the waiting times so long? I would have to wait up to 30 minutes to an hour because my driver is either taking their time or is trying to pick up multiple people, and it’s frustrating, the drivers are taking their time rather just doing their job.
The time I’m waiting I could’ve used Uber or Lyft, but there’s a reason why the people don’t and chose this app because it’s AFFORDABLE, but doesn’t seem worth it anymore.

Spends your money with no available rides
This app will search for a ride for you, then it will still spend that money regardless whether they were able to find a ride or not. THEY DO REFUND, but it’s takes almost 24 hours and makes no sense for them to still spend your money when they say “no rides available.” You’re better off calling the VIA people to book your ride for you, then using the app as a way to see how far your ride is. There’s also BARELY EVER any available rides. So it makes sense to just call the number itself and just have them book it for you.

driver no show
twice in one day I booked a Via, from my home pick-up then waited with the blue dot of my phone precicely under the Vis pin well past the time shown on the app. The driver never came and reported me a “ho show”.
Charge me when I never booked a ride
So I was looking through the app put my card information in then next you know there’s a charge from new yourk for 3$ keep in mind I never booked a ride at all I would like my money back.
They need to fix the problem with the app
The city of Arlington need to fix this app y’all spend too much money for app to develop ride Sharing and so far that’s not been the case so far since I was using the old app when I ask for a supervisor they tell you to wait 48 hours and we never get the answer what we want to hear but y’all want us to spend money by the distance and the wait time is way too long too many people to be late to work and school if y’all can’t get this app fix get a technician to fix the problem you are going to embarrass the city of Arlington and the drivers that are working for them and lost a lot of people and money this app should not tell me to edit my credit card information that’s mess up

The city should be ashamed
The ride offered through this app are dangerous to both the rider and other drivers on the road. Dangerous pick ups with cars parking in the middle of 4 lane roads. Drivers that make you run across traffic or they will leave without you. It’s so sad this is the best that the city of Arlington can offer it’s citizens.

My drivers always park far away and charge me before driving off.
The app has charged me a no-show fee THREE DAYS IN A ROW whenever the drivers were parked across my neighborhood or several streets away from the pickup location in the app. No calls or anything, just drove off after 1-2 minutes of waiting when they were ACROSS THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD. Has made me late 3 days in a row and is seriously pissing me off. The app used to work fine so I don’t understand what the deal is now.

Trash!!!!!
The update is worthless !! I’m waiting an hour just to get in the car !! Then I’m riding in the car for an hour !!! Drivers are getting lost ! Y’all are giving outlandish pickup spots ! Why would I walk 20 mins out just to get picked up ! The routes are terrible how am I the first one in the car and last to leave ! That’s dumb ! New update is terrible ! Never again !!!

Rubbish AND Nonsense
This app is ridiculously so useless. It was useless before the update and now it’s even worse! Why did I order a ride at 3:08pm and at 4:18 I’m still not at work💀 mind you my work place is 13 minutes away from my house and the via was supposed to get there in 23 minutes time. And then it will be telling you the ride is 2 minutes away for over 10 minutes! What exactly is going on. Ugh I can’t stand this! DO BETTER. Please ehn
