I really love how easy it is to apply for loan and to repay too on the fair money app, but how can I borrow money on the 24th of march and repayed on the 29th march, the next thing I’m no longer eligible for a load? It’s really unfair

We suggest that you start using the app to receive all of your funds and for all of your transactions. Do this regularly in 15-30 working days then apply again You people over withdraw from my bank and still said I haven’t paid up my depth pls look into that and refund me balance

Hi PENXCHANGE! Apologies for the difficulty. If your account was opened with an Android device you may still be unable to access your account on IOS for now. However our teams are working the feature that will accommodate older accounts on IOS. Please bear with us You should add a feature that gives option to use the back camera incase the front camera is not clear or bad cus I’ve not been able to complete my verification since I created an account due to this issue. It’s actually a good upgrade

You may have been ineligible for a loan due to your current credit score, however, we recommend that you build your credit score by engaging in more banking activities on the app and your device and retry within 15-30 days.
I forgot my pin and have been trying to reset it but they refuse to send OTP to my number for the past 3days now. I even reach to the whatsapp support assistant still no difference👎
