    Downloaded. What a mistake. They’re trying to charge my credit card for $48.99 every couple days. I’ve flagged them and reported them but they won’t stop. I’ll have to get a new credit card number. Don’t download!

  • Bad customer service & not as advertised

    Not a fan of this app or their customer service. The ads made it seem like you could track whatever habits you wanted, but you in fact can not add your own habits to the daily activities. I thought I had cancelled, but a second charge came through and I contacted them on the same day of the charge, and they refused to refund it. So now I’m out another $54. There are so many other free apps that are better than this one.

    Absolute scam. Company uses dark patterns to make it impossible to cancel without contacting customer support. You will forget. This app does not appear in your subscriptions, there are no reminders, there is nothing in the app or the website that makes it clear you’re on a subscription, you will pay your recurring fee, dispute the charge, fail and be left frustrated and scammed out of another quarter of fees.

    Would give 0 stars if I could.

    If you want to use the product, just get the book but avoid the app at all costs. The app also isn’t a very good tracker - there’s better products out there.

  • Not worth the money at all

    I downloaded the app as I was interested in getting the book. There is a lot of up selling trying to take more money from you. Be very careful. I accidentally pressed one wrong button and got immediately charged a further £80 for a lifetime membership of an app that I have never seen. The app is super very basic and definitely not even worth a subscription cost let alone a lifetime subscription. Stay well clear!!!

  • Waste of money

    I never use it because I didn’t find it helpful to begin with. Now I’m wasting money and I can’t figure out how to cancel or get a refund of the over $100 I’ve wasted on this app. Dont bother.

  • Buyer Beware

    You will get charged a recurring fee even though this app does not show in your subscriptions nor is there a way to cancel within the Lasting Change app. The company will not provide a refund for charges for future months. There is not a valid reason to charge anyone for a future service they do not want. And the app is useless. You can use a paper checklist for the same results.

    Absolute scam. Had instagram adverts for this app so I presumed it was safe. Unfortunately I didn’t check reviews. Now I have no idea how to cancel my subscription!!

  • SCAM

    Never received a notice of an upcoming renewal, attempted to dispute a payment same date as requesting cancellation and they claim they couldn’t refund the renewal for the app as it was an e-bundle. You’ll essentially pay a recurring renewal price for an ebook which is ridiculous. The product is garbage!

  • SCAM APP - Be Carefull!!

    I purchased The Lasting Change book from Instagram site. I received the book and it is okay at best. They are now billing me for a subscription to this App, refusing to refund and there is no place on any of their websites for me to cancel. Lucky they send me reminders, I will add a bad review each time they do until I get my money back. Not happy - be careful
