  • Not worth it

    Doesn’t integrate well with other apps. Yet another app that requires you to update everything manually. Not aesthetically pleasing overall feels like more work for little value

  • Really dissatisfied and disappointed

    Please cancel my subscription.

    I do not like that I have had to contact you via email in order to do this.

    I would have liked to have been able to cancel within the app or via subscriptions on apple pay.

    Additionally I tried to email hello@ and was told this was invalid despite it being given my your information.

  • Ok app but hard to cancel

    This app is just ok. The book is better. However, it is very difficult to cancel the subscription. It cannot be done on the app and nothing shows on your account that the auto renewal has been canceled. I won’t know until I see if I am charged or not. Beware.

  • Frustrating

    First off, I was kind of forced into purchasing a subscription to the app. I really just wanted the “personalized” book, but they hiked the price of the book if you don’t buy a subscription to the app.

    I didn’t use the app at all, I’m sure it works for some people, so I won’t make any comments about the app itself.

    As soon as I purchased the subscription- I made sure I canceled it so that when the (I think) 3 month plan was over - I wouldn’t get charged again. That wasn’t the case. I got charged 53.99. I noticed it the day it was charged, so I immediately emailed customer service to explain everything and ask for a refund. They got back to me saying they went ahead and canceled my subscription (again, mind you!) but being that the new term already started, they couldn’t reimburse me. I emailed her back and asked her to reconsider being that it was the same day that they charged me and that I had already cancelled so it was their mistake. I never got a second reply.

    I’m guessing this is how the company makes their money. Such a scam. If it’s such a life changing app, you would think they’d be accommodating to their customers. Really disappointing. Maybe this is why people stick with the big companies like Amazon- as much as I hate it, I would have been reimbursed- no questions asked.

  • Scammers

    I wanted to buy the book, but ended up with the app as well, it is very difficult to cancel the subscription from website and app and they will not refund the money. I haven’t used the book or the app.

  • BE CAREFUL!!

    When purchasing the e-book they add on 3
    Months subscription to the app without being too clear about it. There is no clear way to cancel
    The subscription and the option to delete all personal data locks you out of the app even though you have paid for the 3 months.

  • Don’t waste your money!

    I just wanted to buy the book, not only overpriced but also a very poor quality. Pages started falling out the moment I opened it. Then there is the app with an interface that is really basic and doesn’t inspire one to use it. On top of it all, it’s not clear you sign up for a subscription. I got charged and straight away complained and asked for a refund which was answered by a cut and paste of their Terms & Conditions and refusing to give me a refund. Terrible all around.

  • SCAM! Do not give card details

    This feels like a scam! Cannot find anywhere to cancel in app and cannot log on via web. They continue to take money from card as cannot remove. Avoid at all costs!

  • Can’t give it 0 stars, but thats what they are worth

    I purchased a book from them (which I did get), but now I seem to be in some subscription service that I cannot cancel in the app (and that I didn’t agree to), and now I have to dispute the charge to my CC.

    This is a scam I wish I had never gotten into.
