    Terrible app, the to-do lists I make on my notes are better than this app! Please do not waste your money!

    Deceptively takes money for subscription when purchasing their book with no way to back track…be careful!

  • getting a refund difficult...avoid at all costs

    this is a very limited and crappy app that does not work well. i saw it automatically renewed and now the company is refusing to refund me. i have reported them to the FTC.

    App isn’t fit for purpose no way to contact them and can’t find out how to cancel the subscription. I do love the book though

  • Falls short of expectations

    After purchasing and using The Lasting Change app, I’m compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision.

    The app significantly underdelivered compared to its advertised features and benefits. This gap between what was promised and what was actually provided was not just disappointing, but also raised concerns about the overall authenticity and value of the app. The user experience did not align with the expectations set by the app’s marketing, leading to a frustrating and unsatisfying experience.

    Additionally, when I reached out to The Lasting Change’s customer service for a refund due to these discrepancies, their response was less than accommodating. The lack of flexibility and understanding in addressing my concerns as a customer only compounded my dissatisfaction.

    While the physical product (a book) associated with this purchase was of decent quality, it did not make up for the shortcomings of the app and the overall customer service experience.

    To potential customers: please be cautious and consider this feedback before deciding to invest in this app. The difference between what is marketed and what you actually receive might be substantial.

  • Pleasantly Surprised

    Wasn’t sure what to expect when ordering but everything from the downloads to app to the actual book came as explained & in timeframe stated!! The app has been so helpful with keeping track of goals & daily events needing recorded. I am chronically ill & have been home bound for 5 years. This program has been beyond helpful as I try to strengthen & heal from the inside out🙏🏻

  • Not impressed

    After 3 days of using, I am not impressed. I thought maybe I was missing something or not understanding how to use the app so I reached out to customer support. “Thank you for reaching out to us. Your feedback has been taken into consideration. Thank you for taking the time to let us know. Feel free to let us know if you have any more suggestions.” If thats all they have to offer for advice then I’ll likely not be renewing my subscription. Like I told support, I might be missing something but the app is just a place to log stuff. The reminders don’t even tell you what they are for. Just not seeing how this app will help me make a change and create better habits.

  • Complete and utter scam

    I have contacted this company FOUR times to cancel my subscription and not once have they replied.

    I am assuming the lack of response is due to a non-existent customer service team.

    Heed the many warnings online about this company. It IS a scam.

    No one could have such appalling customer service and be a legitimate company.
