    I bought the book in November. And now I have a recurring charge on my card. Requested a refund and no one is getting back to me. Stay away

  • Don’t waste your money

    I have sent so many emails trying to cancel my subscription but never hear back. Such an underwhelming app .

  • Read the terms and conditions first

    When you go to the website, you start of with quiz on what changes you want to make or break. No where during the process does it mention payment plan. In the terms and conditions it says “subscription pricing terms”
    Payment methods and subscriptions should be transparent and be shown during the quizzing process. Not everyone reads the terms and conditions as most of sign up blindly to see what it’s about. I’ve had this for a couple months now. Honestly I’ve lost interest. So be prepared for the payment

  • Can’t cancel subscription

    I have an account and am logged in on the app, but when I try to cancel my subscription online it says there’s no account with my email. It’s not even listed as an active subscription under my Apple ID but yet they are charging me. This app isn’t any different than what I can do for free with other apps or my apple health app.

  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    The book is so poor and generic, the app is annoying and again, generic and annoying. In top of that they keep taking money from you when you've asked them not to. Please do not waste your money

  • Difficult to unsubscribe

    There is no clear way to unsubscribe and it is auto renewed every three months. I’ve wasted $106 on an app I never use!

  • Nope. Not the app. Hope the book isn’t this bad.

    This app is completely useless. It’s not different than the rest of the garbage apps out there. They try to put too much in without building in proper automations to keep people from having to do hours of work a day just talking about their day? Bro, i want a focus and activity necessary to help build the change. I don’t need a full blown psych ward evaluation every single day. And the “habits” omg it’s pointless. It just adds a check box and tells you “see how you feel after X days of this” I didn’t need to pay 80 bucks for the book and app to do the same work I already do on my own. What a wasteful product. Like I said I really hope the book is better. We will see. I probably just lost all that money regardless.

  • Love the book, useless app

    I love the book and was really hoping to see major benefits when using with the app. The app itself is well designed, but it’s basically a glorified tracker and not at all worth the monthly cost. Support is also TERRIBLE. I reached out once to see if I could change my subscription plan to a longer commitment at a lower overall price. The customer rep who helped me was not at all helpful, and told me I would need to reach out to customer support to change my subscription–which is the department I initially emailed (per their website) to get help. I ended up deciding to cancel instead of the headache of working with their so called customer support

  • Charged extra two months later STAY AWAY

    I bought the book in November 2023 but I did not consent to the charge of $53.99 that showed up on my credit card today. I believe it's a scam the Contact Us has never been assigned ~ don't waste you money

  • Disappointing

    I wanted to love this. I had issues understanding when my purchase was completed (I used the pay pal option). I ended up buying 2 books as I submitted the order twice within a 30 minute time span. I emailed the company right away after I noticed the double change in my banking app (about 30 minutes after the second order) The response I received was we cannot cancel or refund your order. I only received 1 book (not 2) and was charged for 2 books and 2 annual app subscriptions. I want to love this but I am so dissatisfied that I was charged twice and did not get both books, even though I only wanted one.
