This morning CO. has given me so many problems took double payments out with not authorized. Made me wait weeks to get my money back. Do not use this company. You will regret it absolutely horrible straight trash if if I could give them a -10 on the STARS I would straight, Dumpster trash company garbage worst mortgage company I’ve ever dealt with. I have enrolled after countless hours and many attempts to autodraft my checking account. I have no idea if it will work. The website is overly complicated, and the algorithm is designed to fail on the last step. I have tried to delete a prior checking account…5709 which is no longer open. I can not seem to make it go away, despite multiple attempts. The new funded checking account is …1903, which has been used this month on the 19th after calls on the 15th to make the payment. I dislike your website so much, but I was told if I didn’t have Anything nice to say, then remain silent.
I will mention I had this set up on April 15 to be enacted for a payment in May, but because your website is so flawed, that input disappeared. Now I have to make May’s payment by a phone call. Your system is ….*#!!**Disappeared client
